Nasubukan ko na ang parehong paraan ng paggawa at mas madali talaga ang pangalawa. Sa unang pamamaraan, mapupuno ang bahay mo ng mahapdi na steam ng capsaicin. Mas matagal rin ang pagluto nito dahil marami kang likido na tatanggalin mula sa sariwang sili. Maari mong tuyuin sa hurno o oven ang sili bago mo durugin para mapabilis ang pagluluto. Sa pangalawang paraan, hindi mo makokontrol ang anghang kung iyon ang hanap mo dahil hindi mo alam ang proseso sa pagtuyo ng sili. Kadalasan, hindi maanghang ang pangalawang paraan kaya dinadagdagan ko ng pinulbura na sili. Sa aking bersyon ng chili garlic oil, dinadagdagan ko ng buto o langis ng sesame at mani para may malutong na texture at bango na pampagana. Maaari ninyong idagdag ang kahit na anong gusto ninyo kapag tinanggal na sa init ang langis. Paborito kong idagdag sa niluluto kong brown rice ang chili garlic oil na ito. Sana maengganyo kayo sa paggamit nito

Thanks Sir Vanjo! Finally nakuha ko na rin ang gusto kong timpla ng chili garlic sauce because of this video. Either of the two ways parehong masarap. Depende nlng talaga siguro sa amount of time na meron ka sa pagluluto kung aling way ang gagamitin. Looking forward to more cooking videos from you po. More power and keep safe!

Hi Chef Vanjo. Sabay po kame nanuod ni boyfriend ngayon. Kase nagbebenta din po kame dati ng chili garlic oil. Natigil po kase e. Pero ngayon nagbabalak po kame ulet kapag nagkaron ng extra. 😊 kapos po kase dahil kalalabas ko lang po sa ospital. Na debridement po kase yung paa ko. Hindi po ako makalakad pa sa ngayon. Kaya habang nagpapagaling e gusto ko po magka income na ulet para sa pambili ko ng sodium chloride, gaza, mebo ointment at diaper. 😊🙏❤ pa shout out po samen ni boyfie. ako po si IRAH ABUCAY. AT SI JOHN ONG naman po si boyfie. Maraming salamat po Sir Chef Vanjo. Godbless po at lagi po kayo magiingat jan. 😊❤🙏💕

I'm a fan here. Anyway, Nice to have a good tools to chopped the main ingredients. We also tried making this at home and yes yun smoke while cooking it mahapdi at nakaka ubo. But definitely masarap sa siomai or any dish na gusto may konting spicy! If you have time, go check my version of this. Thank you! 🙂

Thanks Sir Vanjo! Finally nakuha ko na rin ang gusto kong timpla ng chili garlic sauce because of this video. Either of the two ways parehong masarap. Hi Chef Vanjo. Sabay po kame nanuod ni boyfriend ngayon. Kase nagbebenta din po kame dati ng chili garlic oil. Natigil po kase e. Pero ngayon nagbabalak po kame ulet kapag nagkaron ng extra. 😊 kapos po kase dahil kalalabas ko lang po sa ospital. Na debridement po kase yung paa ko. Hindi po ako makalakad pa sa ngayon. Kaya habang nagpapagaling e gusto ko po magka income na ulet para sa pambili ko ng sodium chloride, gaza, mebo ointment at diaper. 😊🙏❤ pa shout out po samen ni boyfie. ako po si IRAH ABUCAY. AT SI JOHN ONG naman po si boyfie. Maraming salamat po Sir Chef Vanjo. Godbless po at lagi po kayo magiingat jan. 😊❤🙏💕

I'm a fan here. Anyway, Nice to have a good tools to chopped the main ingredients. We also tried making this at home and yes yun smoke while cooking it mahapdi at nakaka ubo.
