I'm excited to try your longganisa recipe! Thank you, Chef RV! I've made longganisa before using a different recipe. I put the meat mixture in an icing bag and squeeze it in the wax paper. Easy to shape into logs. I do the same when making lumpia too.

Hello po chef RV nakagawa po ako nitong longanesa pero subrang daming ingredients. At nahirapan ako mag balot kasi nag spread ang meat it pinipreto na. Eto pala ang gawa ng flour to thicken na mixture. Bibili lang ako ng ice cream scoop para para pantay ang sizes.Ganito lang pala. Now maka uwi ako gagawa ako ng longanesa na galing sa recipe po ninyo. Eni imagine ko ang ingredients mo sarap na sarap ako. Lalo na when you try it tulo laway ko😁😁😁😁 para po pang negusyo ko po.maraming maraming salamat po chef RV. God bless you po ❤
