If you want to learn how more of the tools in Dash work, you should check out the playlist mentioned in the Description above. If you have any questions or feedback, please let us know!
Love playing with the path scatter
Amazing plug, cant wait to try it..
I love Dash so much, and my only complain is that, I think it needs more marketing because in my opinion it is so underrated. Maybe it would help if you make more archviz videos for exterior scenes, and how it is so easy to make lawn grass interact with edges ( ex : edges of the villa terrasse, or a manhole amidst the grass, .... etc.). It deserve every penny I paid for it, Please keep up the good work guys !!!!

Thanks for your words and suggestion! We will definitely try to look into such a video 👋
awesome
In 2:49 instead of using the surface to snap them from above, can we convert them to dynamic objects as physics so the fall? I was thinking of using the path to draw the objects but use physics as the final effect. thanks

In order to do that I think you would need to create the path scatter, raise them a bit over the ground, then use "Bake Instances", which will convert each scattered object to its own static mesh. Then I would select them all and run a physics simulation and let them fall :)
Is there a way to create say a connected chain-link fence along a spline with out any breaks?

We should be making that sort of usage easier in the near future.
is it only subscription based?

Is there no way to create a second area, let's say with a second forest, like a second landscape pattern but only in a specific area?

You can choose several Surfaces inside on Scatter tool yes. And the best way to only scatter stuff on a specific location would be to use one of the many masks we have. For example, drawing a curve and then with the object mask, only scatter inside the curve :)

Yeah, I'm relatively new to UE5. I just bought your product because I'm a beginner, and it's tough if you dont know what you are doing :D. English is also not my native language. It would be so nice if you could create more basic tutorials, maybe even for a large open world. :D@@polygonflow
