All y'all complaining "stop adding new things and start fixing bugs" Do you ever read the patch notes, at all? At least half of patch notes is bug fixes. Sometimes the whole patch note is bug fixes. They're pretty capably adding new things all the time, and constantly fixing things. Pretty impressive, any game with dedicated devs constantly working on it, tinkering away to give you something new, something different every other week, while still also fixing any bugs they come across. I'd be surprised if any of you complaining formally report the bugs, or if you sit around doing nothing but complain when something doesn't work. If you don't like the game, don't bother playing, leave the rest of us the joy of dinosaurs .

they need to optimize the game better, it doesn't run too well on my computer even though I can run skyrim on high at 70 fps average clipping issues are huge problem in my opinion, my friend got stuck between 2 doors in the wild, had to get a fucking search for him and pull him out. I don't mind them adding new things its just that they should have prioritys and this should not be it. making the game generally better instead of making us look for horses and unicorns for hours is the real target

you know why the fuck did i quit Ark? every single update and "fix" they made, fucked Up my Game, i got It on Epic and the last times i had to Play It on médium low, no grass, fuck the draw distance, i couldn't be at my base if i didn't restart the fucking Game... fuck wildcard...

Man I'm loving how well they're making me enjoy the pre-historic nature of the Dino world yet adding in some absolutely futuristic equipment and features. So well put together.

Honestly I hope it is an April fools joke. Had multiple 400 + flyers and this update ruined them. That's like 2 months of breeding ruined... it's like 1k hours ruined. I'm more than salty about this update. To get 30 generation birds is a tough task, so if people put in the time we don't deserve crappy stats birds...

I hope they will add it back. Our Quetzs (sorry for grammar) are shits we have got 20 Q and when we was trying to catch horse he just run away from us Quetz was so slow !!!!! And what when they get everything to normal ? I must lvl up my Qs to movement speed 250 again !!?? Or that 5K stamina !!! that was stupid update I hope that was joke. I am glad we have got wyverns but now they are practicly ungetable. (sorry for grammar I am just learning to speak English :) )

Когда арк только появился в раннем доступе, в него было интересно играть, не так загружен контентом и все было довольно просто, но и в то же время хардкорно. Скажем добыча той же цемент пасты (основного стройматериала высокоразвитых кланов) была чуть ли не самым важным аспектом игры. За неё велись войны кланов, велась торговля (она зачастую покупалась за реал баблище). А сейчас эта штука добывается чуть ли не с любого камня валяющегося под ногами. А с исправлением багов с платформой на кецаля (кто в танке, вес дино которые летают на кецале подвешанные на платформе, но не в когтях не учитывался и можно было добывать хоть 100500 тонн того же камня за один вылет) играть стало скучно

I feel like the diplodocus will be very useful for taming an equus: keep pushing it to keep it from running off, and run after it if need be. Especially how the taming player can stay on the saddle and jump off next to the equus when they get to it.

They already said in the beginning they fix the performance afterwards. Because they dont know exactly how stuff they implant will work out and they would need to optimize after every patch. They dont want that.

Shows how much you've been paying attention. The Tek tier stuff has been on their to do list for a really, really long time. It's nice to see a game with ideas that it actually implements. And yet, you can still play exactly as you feel like... I've got a few hundred hours and it's only in the last hundred that i've started to embrace oil technology. I don't think I'll ever get to tek tier, and this is perfectly fine. This doesn't affect my gameplay at all.

You know you can just switch it back to the old inventory, right? It's one of the buttons on the top right of the inventory screen. A youtuber named Zueljin did it.

When you look at a real fossil of a megalodons mouth you can see that it is big enough to fit the current megalodon model inside of it. Maybe a size increase for the megalodon please...? I understand the saddle would need adjustment, but it would be much better.

Argys never needed a nerf. Pteranodons did. Quetzals didn't need a nerf either. I was actually excited for this but then I found out How badly the flyers were nerfed. You pretty much are killing my wyvern. And my hopes for getting a new one. Thanks.

Forget it. Only creatures you will see are alien. If you got the game when I did back when wyverns were the only mythical creature, you can imagine how annoyed I was when more creatures took over dinos. Got the game for dinos, ended up with a wind sucking Gasbag and a fat sloth as the latest.

It's been a good couple years😢. We had our good times... with the holiday events and such. Ha, remember when they added scorched earth? So much hype. And even back when the quetzal came... the giga... good times. Ive had such a good time playing Ark. The game has grown so much. Getting raided... raiding. Primitive... much fun. I love Ark and it honestly makes me cry to see that Wildcard let it come to this. Goodbye Ark... it was fun while it lasted.

This is still to this day in my opinion the best patch of ARK. This is where the game shouldve stopped and where they shouldve took just a tad bit of a different direction. Who else agrees? The soundtrack on this videos also good too.

RaffiGaming you have seen the flyer nerf that comes eith thr patch ye? you cant skill movespeed anymore and you stam gets reduced to 25% of its old stats

May I make a suggestion? Death whistles, Aztec instruments used in war and in ceremonies, resembles a scream, used to cause fear in enemy troops and get motivated allies (the more of them used, the better the effect), kinda like the Yutyrannus, maybe can be used to cause a "fear" effect like the coming soon Yutyrannus, but at a smaller scale. Sounds cool?

Reex the new interface, while being way too different way to fast, is more aesthetically pleasing and easy to use AFTER you use it for a bit, and also, TEK Tier, in my opinion, doesn't help alphas, but makes them easier to be overthrown because of the sheer amounts of element they need to support it. All a Tribe needs to do is catch the alphas off guard one time, kill their boss battling dinos and then the alphas are fucked. Their no better off then without their TEK. Also, ARK was always planning to have advanced stuff, the Obelisks, the survivor implant, all advanced technology. The force field around the Island, etc. The flier nerf is justified, although it was a tad extreme, no one used or even really cared about the weaker, slower, and more threatened land animals because the aerial ones could do everything the land ones could but also be immune to attackers. Now while still good at metal farming, people can't put all their time and effort into an animal that is probably going to die. I tamed a Unicorn in the first 30 mins of the update dropping on a server I was on, and it has no special attributes, so all it is is a rare skin of a horse. I didn't see anyone complain how Scorched Earth had mythical beasts, nor how there was always a literal dragon in ark, and the Unicorn could be seen as a rare genetic mutation. And transmitting people and animals across ARK is and always has been a little sketchy, at least Wildcard didn't allow element to be passed over, and transmitting people over can be turned off on Unofficial servers. I hope I responded in a clear and calm way xD

Still like the old inventory better.

This video makes this update look soooo good... The only reason being that the flyer nerf was not mentioned

The update is already out, what are you talking about?

i think the new inventory system is cool, and i can understand the flyer Nerf (even though it is a bit harsh).

One of my biggest pet peeves now is you used to be able to double click an item once to transfer one of them. Now it takes the whole stack if you are transferring from storage to inventory. And shift, click drag, does not work at all anymore to split stacks from inventory to storage or Dino to inventory. Such a simple mechanic gone that now makes me so frustrated.

when this update is on ps4 ??

A few things, it's not Ark Survival Evolved, It's Tek Evolved now. Also, put the Classic flyers mod on your server, and the nerfed flyers are fixed back to their Pre-Patch stats.
