We've had a good chunk of the story already in the explorer notes. At least, Helena has uncovered most of the truth already. Rockwell has been writing down a lot on the whole artifact thing and how it can summon bosses. But I'm interested in the final pieces of the story too. Let's hope they release the remaining notes in this or the next patch :D

I have played ark since day 1! Love this game so much. I still remember the good ol days mashing my A button on my controller to get into maxed servers... the thrill of staying up for 3 days straight developing a top dog tribe was amazing. Well done!!

volcano is getting changed dude they can no longer set up on top and just build a base there. they have to be at the summit everything else is covered in lava

I heard that Ascension is a new pvp mechanic where you rise and actually become the glitch. There are 4 classes to choose from - The Rubber band, The Timeout, The Snap Point and The Wildcard Troll which is a variety of all the other glitches you can use against your opponents. This is all speculation though.

I have to say, Im very happy with this update. When people say RIP ARK, don't listen to them. You have the potential to become the best game of the 21st century. (Im just a bit annoyed how the tek boss isn't that thing that can shape shift that was in the dev files, and that ending...) (you should also add a creative game mode, no more host bubble, and listen to suggestions for the game. It'll do you well).

To achieve Ascension you must defeat all 3 of the main Bosses, descend into the incredibly hard Volcano Cave, fight the Ultimate 4th Boss, discovering the true nature and purpose of the Ark, and your character will "Ascend". During Ascension your character is sacrificed and reincarnated in a new, Lvl 1 body, but with a Lvl cap 5 levels higher. You can do this up to three times, increasing your Lvl cap to 105, 110, and finally 115. Basically think of it as "New Game+" mode.

Wildcard:"Yo let's release a crap ton of new Dino's!" Wildcard: "who cares about the lag, MORE DINOS!" Wildcard: "oh, should we release the game finally? NAHH, MORE DINOS"

Audacity If they optimize before the game is finished the work will practically be undone within a few updates. Unless you want the game's final release to take a significantly longer time, they should not focus on optimization until the final stages pre-release. They do minor improvements almost every patch anyway. The big ones will come, just be patient.

Please leave the flying owners as it was before, this was the coolest ark and for practically every community

no, thanks god they nerfed them, if was havinga flyer +300 and stamina you are god in ark, this rebalanced the game and its much harder then getting a flyer and flyer all around the map without stop to get stamina

Not really just spawn in,tame as many trikes as possible,farm up c4 in a hidden base somewhere in the jungle dont hit the trees and reveal your location,go find some alpha bases,tank bullets with trike,c4 in while they are offline and steal kits change name,rinse and repeat and get some friends on
