It's a female duck. Just an f.y.i. .... This sometimes happens during mating. Sometimes the female's head gets stuck to one side and they need help straightening out their neck. Thank you to this kind woman! Well done!

It has to do with..... Well.... Basically, it's how energetic and rough the male gets during mating ..🫣 it can kink the females neck to one side, and it's difficult for them to fix on their own. That's why her friends pushed her to the human!

Um actually those other females had been beating that female up over nesting territory. Sorry to spoil your Disney fantasy. Reality can be harsh. I find it weird so many plp see the ducks being pecked and think they're "pushing the duck over to be helped." Ducks dont think like this

SO unusual that those two ducks pushed the collapsed one towards the woman. They saved its life!!

animals are often incredibly good judges of a person's personality. they must not have felt she was any threat ❤ wonder if they have interacted with humans before too, maybe they have been fed. so glad for a happy ending 😊

So happy this duck was OK! Ducks are amazingly loyal. Years ago, I passed a pair of ducks... one had obviously died by the side of the road. The mate stayed with the other duck for 4 days 😢. I saw this every day, coming and going to work. Then they were both gone the next week. I will never forget that. So sad. 1:46
