    Wowww, so glad I came across this video. I'm a full time coach with T-Mobile. I've had my license for almost 2 years but allowed T-Mo to become priority. I dedicated the last quarter of 2019 to position myself for the goals I want to accomplish in 2020 in my Real Estaye business. I really appreciate your content! This is just more confirmation that I am on the right path to becoming a full time agent!!

    Great video! Thank you for making it. I went to a real estate open house and spoke to an agent about starting out part time due to working full time for the needed income. He pretty much told me I'm wasting my time being there because he never heard of a part time agent. I got really discouraged and left thinking I did waste my time. I hope I can start to motivate myself to work hard as a part time agent then grow from there.

    I understand. The most important thing is to pay your bills. You can save up enough money that eventually you can become full time, but I would never discourage someone the way that realtor did to you. We all have different responsibilities. Keep at it, stay motivated, and push forward!

    Man I have been stalking your videos for the last two days. I’ve been the mortgage industry for over 17 years. I’ve now been an underwriter for over 10 years. The pay is great but I’m over the monotony of a desk job and the layoffs that happen too often. I’ve been an active realtor for less than a month and I’m trying to shake the fear of eventually leaving my comfort of a “stable” income. Thank you so much for making these videos!! I’m getting less fearful after watching your channel!

    Thank You for this video I will be in Multifamily but I do plan on being a Real Estate agent part time for 6 months to a year and having an assistant actual assistant who I trust that I can pay so they can do Open Houses and things that an assistant can do without a license so it can help me accomplish both and build strong. I also plan on even keeping my assistant with me even when I’m full time because it will allow me to have even more time as full time assistant which means more time for my clients and potential clients.

Seller thinks their homes work so much more and let u list at there over inflated price and then the home done seller and then they fire you.

    @@ChastinJMiles Great answer. Yes, I choose an office that's about hour away because of networking. Still will ask my questions, but once I'm licensed I have an office. Moving by faith. Thanks for the reply.

    What if you really jusy want to get into real estate for yourself and help friends and family? Dont really need the extra income. How hard is it to get a sponsoring brokerage for that?

  • @ChastinJMiles

    @ChastinJMiles

    Not hard. You can go to a flat fee brokerage and just pay a flat fee when you do a transaction.
