Sure did. When I'm lead generating the sign says to only knock if you are bringing coffee, or the building is on fire, and I mean it. during the first three hours of a morning I do not do anything other than lead gen.

@@amosclark9048 They probably just bungled. I used to work in TV news and I've seen people walk right in front of a hot camera in the newsroom during a breaking story. It happens.

I just got my license in NYC and I feel lost but with your videos I feel better and understand better the business. I like that you say the good the bad and the truth which not everyone wants to say I will buy from you lol I like your personality lol

Well if they have an agent, we cant "actively" pursue them. But they did walk into "my" open house so....they kinda started the conversation. I just ask them "What's going on with your agent that has you shopping alone?" Then take it from there.

Chastin I truly appreciate your videos. I am about to make my selection on a broker and this is a great way to kick start once I finally settle on a broker. I am not sure if you have done a video on this yet but perhaps one on the back end excel docs you may use. My teacher provide us with one titled absorption rates. It looks to be a pretty cool tool and it made me wonder if you use anything similar or anything to help you. Thanks again.

I’d say give 48 hrs maybe a week depends on the clients you wanna give them enough time to think it over so you don’t seem like your desperate but also so they don’t move on or think you ain’t reliable or dedicated enough it’s all in the follow up and the way you come across

Homes are still moving. It was just 1 week of a storm. People still need to buy and sell.

Getting ready to buy. I have spent all my money in Postcards, lead capture programs, Zillow, radio shows about real estate... and got zero transactions. My sphere is too small three people. I was a single mother who worked around 70-75 hours a week to be able to raise my kids and I did not have time to make friends. I have been in real estate for almost three years and not a single transaction. What am I doing wrong?

@@ChastinJMiles I tried when I was paying for the lead capture program and when they answered they were not interested in buying or they were just browsing. I hae not tried the expired ones... I have not seen any FSBO in my neighborhood at all. I am using FB, Instagram, Linkedin, since I have no money I paid around 10 on weekends with FB.

Do everything again. It took 4 months of no results before I finally got a break. I did about 500k in November and 820k in December and it was off to the races from there. I'm still here 2 years later
