Love how humble Chastin is when he says “ I think my videos are good and have valuable information...” like he doesn’t know his videos are fire and full of great information and help. Another awesome video and maybe now a buyer packet video would be awesome for us buyer agents. However, after this one I’m beginning to think maybe all listing agents aren’t evil and some really care about their client.

Use the power and leverage of sales and marketing that your Brokerage offers. And highlight what your broker has done. How many deals, market share, days on market, admin assistant , home warranty partners

It's all about the value you provide. Can you walk the walk and talk the talk? Is there a reason anyone would question your abilities? Those are the things you want to put in the forefront. If you feel like you absolutely need references, you can have previous employers, co-wworkers, etc write you some.
