Had one of these karts in the shed that I revived. Put a new motor on with torque converter, rips now, pulls wheelies and hit 75km/h. Now I’ve got a complete suspension build on the way and a second motor swap planned.

I got a second hand one the other day and its awesome. Its just so hard to find after sales service. Most parts are easy to find, but try and find a rear hub with a keyway...

Yeah that would be fun :) I see you have a mini bike, ive always wanted one of them but the gokart was cheaper for some reason?!?! Then I was thinking king maybe a post bike would be better because then you can go on the road :)

Do you have problems with the clutch? I have one and an hour of use, the kart start moving at idle

I had no problems worked perfectly. Have had on other engines tho. You can adjust the throttle end stop so that it always has a little bit of throttle that will keep it from stalling. I'm assuming it has no power with choke on still and black smoke? Just have a play that's part of the fun, for me anyways. If you just want it to work they will do it for you. @@chrisvela4860 would recommend highly grabbing a 2 to 1 wet clutch for them. Sadly you will need a 20mm shaft engine or pay extra for a correct clutch with a 19mm shaft. But it's an awesome upgrade. (Or do what I did and dodgy the 20mm clutch to fit the 19mm engine 😂

I got one of these years ago 1st engine lost all power 2nd engine didn’t have enough power so we now have a 250 2 stroke on it

I had to weld up a mount for the engine that moved it to the side! maybe there is an easier option but couldn't find one. hi! I have a similar go-kart as the guy in the video, with the same engine, the only difference is that mine has a simple front suspension as well. I usually use bicycle lights as a headlight, it works pretty well, and you can just put it on the frame. also, you can just take them off and charge them when they're out of juice :)

min is around 140cm (4.5 ft) and id say max is around the 6 feet area as my dad can get on it and hes 5.11

Yeah so It attaches to the pivot for the rear suspension. The problem is you can't use the seat padding as well without cutting it. If it's the same as mine. Hope that helps.
