• Add enough oil that is 2cm high measured from the bottom of pot. Heat it with medium heat. If we put a tiny dough in it and it floats on immediately, then the oil is ready. Put the flatbread in the pot and cover the lid. Fry it till one side is colored then turn it over and fry the other side. Turn it for 2-3 times till it is in golden color. Make sure the temperature is suitable and don’t use high heat.
