Beef cake, and Full name: Xi'an palace crispy beef cake, also known as "Thousand Layer beef cake", it is a Chinese traditional food has a history of more than 1200 years in China. In the Tang Dynasty, this cake was once the imperial point of the court. During the an Shi rebellion, the imperial chefs in the palace drifted into the people and sold this cake in Chang'an City (now Xi'an city),China. Beef cake in Chinese Pinyin is Niu Rou Bing , 宫廷香酥牛肉饼 in Chinese.
