300 gms spinach
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp hing (asafoetida)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 green chillies, roughly chopped
1.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp rice flour
A little water to make a thick paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1.5 cups of water

    I tried this yesterday and it came out so gooood. I followed step by step and it took me less than 30 minutes to cook this delicious meal.
