Pairing Food and Cocktails

Jazz TX General Manager Jake Corney explains the different flavors that can be identified by our tongue and taste buds in this video. Creating cocktails is all about balance within the drink, but there is also a balance between drink and food! Jake uses an example that most would think is an odd combination, but actually is quite balanced: a piece of Pecan Pie and a Negroni.

    Great video, however the background music needs to be lowered. It was coming over Jake at times and I found it quite distracting.

    Very useful information. Music is too much of a distraction. Other than that a good video
