You are absolutely right! The Natillas at Padillas are the best!
I live in WI now. I travel to Albuquerque at least twice a year. I always stop by Padillas, at least twice each time I’m there. Padillas has the best red chili enchiladas, beans and rice. The chili there is amazing! Their sopapillas, bar none the best. I will be there in September, I can’t hardly wait. Padillas is my very favorite restaurant in Albuquerque. The staff at Padillas is always friendly. I’ve been going there since I was in high school. Awesome food! Never a disappointment.

My jaw dropped when I saw this video. So cool to see it featured on your channel. I love Padilla’s but I live up in Washington. My family is from Albuquerque and I go to Padilla’s every time I visit.

The green chile and sopapillas looked delicious! I like learning the histroy of a restaurant and hearing from the owners and employees. They take pride in serving us their very best food. Thank you.....

Blue corn green chile chicken enchiladas with an egg with a side of rice and papitas and some pintos sends me straight to heaven......omg

This place is delicious! My favorite are the crunchy beef taco plate. Their salsa and chips are bomb too!

Great video! Just ate at Padilla's last night. Hands down the best rellenos in Albuquerque, followed by Papa Nacho's.

I’ve always said that if Padillas gave a seminar on how to make red chile, I would pay any price to attend.

I've been Padilla's and it is good home cooked food. What my favorite thing about New Mexican food is the vast differences between Northern NM and Southern NM. Albuquerque has great examples of Northern NM food like El Bruno's where my favorite dish is Pollo Con Pinon, I've eaten at both locations Cuba, and Albuquerque. Another one of my favs is Casa de Benavidez, there's too many to mention them all. But just like Northern NM Southern NM which more influenced by it's proximity to Mexico has wonderful and unique food. Thank you for promoting NM culture and celebrating this unique place. I'm not native to NM but consider this home.
