Been doin this for about 10 months now. Worked my way up to50 each exercise. Stay with it. put in the time . It pays off. This routine killed me when I started it.

I cut out carbs and sugar and do abs 5-6 days a week. If I do the routine now...I do 50 reps on each exercise with no rest in-between. The abs will make your stomach solid...but the diet will play more of a roll in the appearance.
This video inspired me. I went to look for a full Pacquiao ab training and i found a 10 min video of him rocking the abs without rest, i tried it, same reps ( i think they were around 810) tried to emulate his pace, but god, he is a monster, he didnt even look tired after all that work, and my abs are heavily trained, at the end of the training i was completely exhausted. By the way, thanks for the idea JT , appreciate all the work you do for us subs.

Yeah, I saw that video with Pacman. The dude is a real beast!! He was knocking that routine out like it was nothing. But that's why he's on top. He's willing to work that hard, put in that much effort and go through that much pain to achieve his goals. I use tabata with a similar ab routine with the young fighters at my gym. I'm going to try this one to switch it up a little. Thanks again for your work.
Been doing this almost daily during quarantine and am seeing some amazing results

Another great upload bro. Alot people are gonna benefit from these videos. There are not alot of oldschool boxing gyms around these days. Most gyms have classes. That makes your work at home very important. Thanks for all your hard work.

Well i'm still doing this and in a month, my core is looking wayyy better than what my old routine was doing in 3. Its still pretty challenging to be honest. i also changed the crunches at the end for bicycle kicks and i put a plank at the end. Its still a killer workout many thanks for posting. By any chance do you have any other workouts in your channel? Thanks.

I like this for working the mid-section although for me personally id like a bit more lower stomach and side exercises mixed in there

Did it today. Brutal. 20s on and 10s off is Tabata protocol. No wonder this hurt so much. The oblique crunches a d 360 crunches are nasty

These crunch workout 's are good. There about too hurt, they are really good its. Good for your stomach. They are hard workout' s, it's good for Boxers i'm a Boxing Coach my self, and they do help you, 💪

JT Van V Dude yes I need a rotator cuff vid from a boxer... And on the subject of your vid I like this workout. I'm feeling strong too as I did your workout and Manny's except for his last two or so, I replaced them with 50 leg raises. But you're essentially my trainer for now because there's no one I can go to for boxing lessons that won't charge a fortune and that isn't forever away, plus I'm always working. So thanks JT

think im gonna add this to my cardio and ab day looks like more of a challenge i usually just bang out like 120 regular crunches 120 lower ab crunches and i do 120 reps on the ab roller and i do another 120 lower ab crunches these oblique workouts look alot funner than the ones i usually do
Body weight exercises are really all you need for core but take your time and work at it.
What timer do you use? I like the noises it makes and how it gives you the 5 count beep when almost done.

thanks for the workout....interestingly i would normally do some of these from my own creativity now I can challenge myself by keeping my feet off the ground. Any tips on doing "V" sits...I struggle doing them for more than 10 sec...!! Tks

The v sits are challenging, I always get to 30 before it gets tough. My only advice is to keep pushing you ab limits overall and it will benefit v sits directly

Can't do the 360 crunch circles since my abs got fatigue fast. instead i've done the half ab crunch + half russian twist (don't know the name of that workout but i've seen pacman do that back here in ph). then finished the others after this. i guess i have a new ab routine now.

Those flutter kick variations I could do 150 times each and I got some flabby love handles. I must be strong in the gut
