European style is something i like to do, i practiced both karate and muay thai, throwing some kicks/knees/elbows mixed with boxing helps a lot 👍

Cool, thanks man. Imma 45yo disabled veteran in need to stay in shape. Besides I already have brain damage so I in. My only fear is being easily KO'd since I've suffered quite a few concussions already. Does anyone know anything about that?

Hey man. Big fan of your burpees workout. I’m losing 30 lbs because of this workout. Is there any chance you will bring back beginner 100 burpees in the future? That 1 burpees every 8 seconds workout. If you can I’ll be really appreciate it man. Big fan from thailand. 🔥

1lb at most, it's more about technique.

I use this 2 defensive style in every fight but I start with peekaboo style to get close to my opponent until I get the opportunity to use Philly shell style to play around with my opponent and roll back to peekaboo to locked my punches. Because start with the peekaboo style make your opponent panic and confuse and 2nd with Philly style just to play around with your opponents and bring back to peekaboo style to drop hard punches to your opponent.
