I'm an Army vet that works out hard 6 days a week, sometimes doing two a days. This workout broke me off and had me sweating. Good stuff!

Matthew V I know a guy was in the army for intelligence gathering I forgot his exact MOS but he was airborne and would sleep in fox holes he used to work out with SF and would run out boxing laps crazy fast but as soon as we went inside and started our drills he’ll be gasping for air
Bro you got me into boxing and my conditioning has never been better. I m a soccer player by the way and adding boxing to my workouts has helped me tremendously. Thank you bro.

Amazing workout bro. Did 4 rounds today, wiped me out! Fell into my usual trap (when trying a new workout) of thinking "this is easy" after the first round, but 2, 3 and 4 taught me a lesson. Thanks heaps!

Weight training and calisthenics are totally different... This is more of compounding exercising! You will gain mass faster than individual weights training but on the downside you'll loose your strength. Though overall you'll look really fit,muscular and lean!

@@coochieman3178 Hey brotha. I did the full thing and it’s a killer for sure. Just keep pushing and make the breaks a little longer if you have to, that’s what I did, then just get back to it once you’re able to. But do not stop. Keep going. Hope this helps 🥊

Awesome workout! Ramped it up to 20 seconds each exercise for 5 sets then back down to 15 seconds so I could stop concentrating on not dying lol.

My kind of workout! I’m going to try this routine
I might crush this circuit now.. But in the beggining I was like Bambi after one round. This kept me sane during the whole pandemic lockdown. Here I am 10kg lighter and doing 7 rounds max on this before weight training. Best workout for stamina and agility. Feel like a feather because of this . Thank u boss.

@@kemuelguarino4201 no doubt effective sya. Napaka lakas nya mag build ng endurance. Dahil dito nakapag level up ako sa ibang training. Syempre sacrifice and discipline. Sabay sa nutrition, eto ang simula ng workout ko. Eto na cardio ko bago magbuhat.

Hi JT, this was a real killer but it was awesome 😁 I did the 5 rounds and managed to do 7 burpees each time but I had to push myself. I'll do this circuit on a regular basis and I want to be able to do 8 rounds. Thanks for making this video. Now I've got mine on insta😅👊🏽

One year plus back when I started boxing this was my first conditioning workout at home,initially I could do only 3 rounds and than it increased to 5 rounds gradually. Now I'm doing MMA and it's been 7 months. Nowadays I mostly follow funk Roberts,Iron wolf and sometimes Hashfit for conditioning workout.today after many months I did this workout,I could do 10 rounds,probably could do another 5 rounds if push hard,may be.amazing how your body responds to your mind,I have developed the habit of pushing hard and hard. Thanks coach I started my dream to learn boxing and MMA with your boxing videos.

@datshmu At the moment 7 sets, but my goal is trying to reach 8 reps of this circuits, and still having enough breath and focus for some bag discharges at the end.
