Yes, I, a while back, as a private establishment. The local municipality did not pay their account. I went and sat in their offices all day and kept on asking for my payment. It took six hours and I got my payment. STICK TO YOUR GUNS. If your company can afford to appoint someone to sit there and make it uncomfortable for them to push for you payment.

This is tipical ancthats why small companies don't survive
