What I love about this channel is you get history that not many people in the history circles cover. History isn’t about the well known, to understand history is to understand all history, not just about the usual people in history. Long life this channel! ❤️

So I know it was the 1930’s and all,but picture this : You’re a young lady, still at home with your parents who care about you enough to take you to the hospital when you’ve been feeling sick, and you get all kinds of tests done for a diagnosis. Among all the doctors, nurses, technicians, etc., there is a kindly-looking grandpa type dude, your x-ray tech. He SOMEHOW convinces you - and your family 😮- to treat your very serious and fatal illness with his, and only his, (limited) medical plan. How?! HOW in the entire chain of command did that happen?! 😵‍💫 Like, ok, maybe her family couldn’t pay for treatment, or it was Maria’s decision against parental advice 😢, but how did nobody at the hospital step in and be like “Hold up, Karl, you’re a very smart and valuable x-ray technician here, but this lady needs actual Physicians and care in a facility, not a tonic and some pretty dresses!” 😂 I just don’t understand how he slipped through the entire chain of command at the Hospital and how nobody in her family was using any sense at all 😓🪦

Cervical cancer doesn't cause much pain. I survived it and I had no noticeable symptoms. It was discovered when I was having a hysterectomy for ovarian cysts. That problem saved my life!

Tbh, I think it's a little devastating that she was caught. I mean I'm sure there was a decent number of women who used it to kill husbands that weren't abusive, but I think on the whole it had benefited many women in getting out of abusive situations. Situations they would have never been able to get out of.

Once the "princess " was released, the true princess took care of her by providing the money used to buy the castle, etc... (maybe the princess had some of the queen's jewelry that disappeared???)

Apparently there's a reasonable suspicion that Mozart was killed by the Freemansons, due to his revealing "secrets" of theirs in Die Zauberflote. Not sure about the validity of this claim, but it certainly makes for a more interesting story than Salieri orchestrating Mozart's death for "the jealoussssss"
