The lone survivor moments are the best. I was the last man standing in a 6 hour op. Had burned through my M4, 2 AKs and a PKM. At the end I was running a Glock 17, pretty much screaming at command for backup. Had to take out an Anti-Air all by myself with two RPG-18s and luck beyond belief. At the debrief I was shaking and I couldn't fall asleep when all was said and done. The most terrifying thing isn't the game, it's the fact that everyone is watching you. Everything hangs on you.
Wow Drew. This one was an amazing one. I was gripped from the start all the way to the end, invested like I've never been invested before.

The feeling of being alone with your whole platoon gone, send chills and anxiety knowing you’re only priority is to survive.
after that "yup" response and the gunfire starts to get louder it just gave me chills
The moment all gunfire ceased was the exact moment that drewski was the lone surviver. This was an epic sim!!
The fact that you went through all that, just to be taken out by your own Air support is what made me hurt-
Drewski definitely has some main character vibes sometimes, jeez!
The suspense in the end was simply phenomenal. Good stuff man, would absolutely love to see more of this.

Lmao that made me think about that scene from Apocalypse now where Martin Sheen said, when I was in the jungle the only thing I could think about was home, when I got home the only thing I could think about was the jungle .
When you went back into the opening, trying to find you buddies, I was hoping you would just go ham and wreck a few dudes trying to find your buddies. That random rocket barrage that wasted that single insurgent totally robbed you.
had me gripped till the end, knowing it wasnt scripted like a movie made it all the more suspencful. AMAZING!!!!!
That moment when you know everyone else is gone, your mission has failed, and your only objective is to survive. That must be a heart pounding nerve wracking position to be in.
The "task assigned: survive: popup killed me. looks like so much fun. Would be cool to see more scenarios with them and you collaborating.

@Mario Formicadae cope, they were fully supported as it was a planned operation alongside supporting units. The seals themselves waved off CAS and denied any support on station before mission start. Then their MBITER broke and they physically couldn't make a call for support. Not that they didn't have it, they just thought they were tough shit. They also misjudged how close their infil was, and had no medevec plan in place. The entire thing was botched from beginning to end. Also the dude wasn't "taliban" lmfao, he was just a local warlord. The dudes he had with him were like 70 years old, and they heard the helicopter land. He had no advanced warning beyond that, the whole "goat herder" BS is a total fabrication. Beyond that they knew they were gonna wax these dudes and filmed the entire thing from start to finish. Bottom line is the Seals went unprepared and with a bad plan and alot of faith in their "skills" and got ambushed and outfought by 70 year old goat farmers. Who also btw, suffered no casualties lol.
Uhh that contact track at the end sent shivers down my spine, LOVE IT
47:26 Drew’s shots and then dead silence gave me chills
I like how he hears the scar in the distance at the end and seems like he's tempted to head that way in hopes it's a friend but then decides against it. It would be a well played trick on their behalf.
Nothing worse than being the last surviving member of your platoon, only to be killed by a friendly heli.
Dude this might be the best video you've made so far. That ending legit made me emotional. Emotional while watching a milsim video, wtf.
Would be cool to add a post op briefing to these types of videos
I’m a navy and fighter jet person, but this was insanely good. I need a movie of this, that “yup” from the enemy was terrifying. And the objective, ‘survive’ CHILLS. Not receiving a response from any platoon members who you were previously chatting with and laughing with is bone-chilling. And THEN after getting shot by your own helicopter do you finally hear a teammate trying to contact you as you slowly go into the light. Can’t imagine having the nerve to do this in real life
Drew is just that guy that just loves to watch other players play wile actually being shot at himself lol , love your content friend
Helicopter crew with $2.5 billion dollar sensor can't discern friend from foe. Amazing work gentlemen.
I hope that was as much a joy for you to play as it was for me to watch. I think this has got to be one of the best videos I've seen from you in a long time.
This was like watching a movie! from the confident beginning, to the overwhelming firepower in the valley, to the battle-lines collapsing, to listening to each one of your comrades going offline until youre the only one left. its great
After many airstrikes i was able to get a little action at the end there didnt know we were chasing you!lmao (snake) at 48:30 you KOG guys have some decent kit!!!
Hearing that rate of fire get more intense at the end when you look up and fully realise the shitstorm you are in the middle of...shivers mam.
I don't think hyper-realistic military sims are my cup of tea, but seeing people who are all in on them is extremely interesting. The practiced teamwork somehow adds to the tension, maybe because you know they're just doing the best they can like someone in an actual battle would be. Sidenote, the kill at around 10:00 really scared the shit out of me, because it just reminded me of the lethal efficiency of modern warfare. Even the pitch black darkness of night is just something we can turn off with a button, and you'll catch high velocity death when you physically can't even see it coming. Real warfare is just not fair, and the enemy couldn't give less of a shit that you feel that way.
@19:00 the chinook exfill from above looks amazing.
