    Wow I have to say that I am very impressed. I started in life television at a station when I was 15. For my BA in MASS Comm. and worked for CNN in the newsroom at Headquarters in Atlanta for a while, as well as TBN, from every production job, every station job, then finally becoming the GM. You’re traitor set up is very “Sturdy” and complete. You don’t need extra equipment when you have good production tools like this. Thanks for the tour!

    This is inspirational for me. I’ve really been wanting to start a production trailer for all of the high schools in the district I live in. Can you discuss more the financials, not the numbers, but more of how you sell your services so that it’s appealing to schools. I can put together the tech, it’s the sales side I need help with.

    This is CRAZY AWSOME guys!!!!! Questions: To where and how do you output your stream? You mentioned in the video that you use Internet from the location you are broadcasting from. Do you use that network to stream to the web? Do you bring your own Internet? Curious about the cameras. The Panasonics are human operated? Is that "robocam" capable of keeping up with the action? Sorry lot's of questions. But this little setup is phenomenal in it's simplicity. Love what you guys did. Too bad you are not in New Mexico I am a retired network admin. and an old photographer and love this kind of stuff.

  • @jrmvideo

    Thank you! Our clients mainly want the stream on KZread so that's we mainly stream to. 99% of the time we are using house internet. There have been a few occasions where we had to broadcast off of a cellular hotspot. The Panasonics have operators. The PTZ is mainly used for crowd shots and other things we can quickly set presets for. Don't really use it much for action. Thanks for watching!

    A question about the trailer itself, not the contents. With one axle, does that put a huge amount of weight on the towbar? Here in the UK, our vehicles we would use for towing are smaller than the US ones - I guess we see lots of Range Rovers and 4x4 pickups, but nothing huge. Does the weight cause any issues?

  • @jrmvideo

    @jrmvideo

    Жыл бұрын

    Honestly, I don't ever have any issues towing. We have a pickup with a tow package. (don't even feel the trailer behind us) I've never gotten the trailer weighed but if I were to guess, we're probably between 2,500-3,000lbs. The tongue weight doesn't ever seem to be a problem either. 2 of us can actually lift the tongue up if we have to fine tune placement.

  • @janoudman2695
    @janoudman26952 жыл бұрын

    I hope you have a lot of stuff that you keep on the other side while driving, because it looks like you have a weight distribution problem. When driving faster you will find out that the weight will pull your trailer to sway left and right up to the point that your car and trailer crash.

  • @jrmvideo

    This has been a big concern for us but yes, when traveling we usually put equipment along the right side wall. Sand bags, cable spools etc. We've been up to 70mph on the highway and knock on wood haven't had any swaying issues...yet.
