I’m glad someone still makes aoe content. Drongo helped a lot when he did, but you and Lenlen have helped me really step my game up lately the way he did initially. Hope to be able to compete with you someday, keep it up

Ahhh thanks mate! Really appreciate the kind words! Ottomans are a great civ with huge diversity and I think they are one of the easiest and strongest civs to start with :)

This is very intresting , i just started playing i was subjucated and abused to this kind of strategy but when i play ottomans i couln't just pull it off ,not many channles i see are very to the point with AOE3 DE , most of them either just share bare gameplays or are from outdated versions , thanks , very solid tips tricks

I’m curious if it’s worth going an extra 50 wood at the start to increase villager production once the mosque is built.

it works! tired it against AI Hard I always get rushed and lose, thanks to this video I crushed him in just 12 minutes (PR lol), Thanks man great stuff.

Typically a defensive play is supposed to counter all-ins like this if it's scouted out in time, but for AoE3 I just don't know since the earliest units seem to manage against buildings just fine without siege. Not trying to encourage turtle strategies, but there's usually a bit of a rock paper scissors with Attack>Economy>Defense. Do you think some walls and an outpost or two would have knocked the wind out of this strategy? Would it have forced you to switch gears into eco and age 3 to get artillery?

The enemy went too heavy on gukhas. He should’ve been more aware that u were making some cav and shipped rajputs or made more sepoy

Should we use the advanced arsenal for the Janissary rush?

Highly reccomened going capitilism into 700 food instead of Gold. makes a huge difference and faster age up

Thanks for the video, but if you get a oponnent that defend a little better the example will be more intersting. In this way looks like a op strat and i dont think it is, maybe in a very low rank... :)

Since I know u like rushing/age2 play could you plese to some Russia gameplay? Doesn't have to be the standard strelet rush build would be intresting to se a "Russia age4" build for example

Imo 600 coin > 700 food - I'd rather keep all my villagers on hunts gathering ~1.1 on food than put any on coin

Town militia card. Send a cav card to keep raids on his back base. He can’t commit to rushing u if U annoy his villagers with a couple cav. Also, any nation with skirms helps. Also scout properly, skirms are fine and dandy to build until u see a stable go down for him. Or a artillery foundry

@@everythingexpert4795 my friend uses ottoman rush technic, and he reaches level 2 so early then I do. Even if I use cav card to annoy his villagers, he will be able to send soldiers to kill my cav, so I can't raid his villagers much. IDK what should I do more.

At first, I was playing with random CIV because my friend and I didn't know how to play much, but now he has a strategy and I don't know how to beat him. If you know which CIV better, you can think me as I play that CIV.

@@ladiesman9179 Spain should actually be alright. My suggestion is going for a full naked fast fortress against ottomans. His jannisarys should start attacking you around 5-6 minutes, and you should be able to get to age 3 around 6:30-7:00 minutes. Veryyy few rushes can survive against your 8 cross bow age up, with a minutemen pop, musketeers produced during age 3 transition, and a lancer or falconet shipment. Either send 700 wood while aging, or send the town militia card to get you the massive 16 minutemen pop. Basically, get to age 3 as fast as possible and use your age up units, minutemen, and a cannon or lancer shipment to clean up any rush

This a nice strat, but that guy is really bad with india

@@Widgie his scouting was awful, if he sees ur deck he has to know ur going for an all in rush, he overly commited with gurkhas, he should put his consulate to british if hes under pressure and send musk with sepoy/gurkha and wait for you to drain ur resource crates. To conclude, india is a horrible matchup for ottoman but this guy just did everything wrong

Yeah,its really HARD for otto to defeat india in age 2. India would have been in a Better position if he placed fort in the middle and play aggressive. Its really tiring for otto to lose some infantry seizing the agra.meanwhile India could mass gurkha+ Sepoy. Which would prevent destruction of agra+ nullify cav.meanwhile India will outgrow ottoman if match drags on.

There’s always something that your opponent may forget to do. This is more to demonstrate the opening and build order rather than the outcome of the match and the decision the opponent made. Regardless the ELO difference was minimal between us.
