  Hi I enjoy your vids like hell, I recently bought Italy but I cant find a proper Build order anywhere neither some solid sttrategies post nerf. Is Italy any good in the ladder and if yes could you make some updated vids about this civ ?

  I love Brits ability to manor boom. I don't know the meta, but build max houses asap and you have 60 villagers by 10 minutes. But not so good at 1v1, and a good player won't let you manor boom. Better in team games, FFA, no rush. Still my favourite civ.

  60 is a bit much, but I do think with 8 vils from age3 and 20 vils from manors at least 50 vils seems possible

  @@zachariastsampasidis8880 I will have to do a test and get back to you. This is based on a full boom of only going to age 2, then only gathering enough food for constant villager production, then all the rest of your villagers on wood to build 20 manors as fast as possible, as well as the x3, x4 and x5 villager shipments using your first 3 cards

  @@zachariastsampasidis8880 In a competitive game your opponent/s are unlikely to let you greed boom, or will do a greed boom of their own. I'm simply highlighting the explosive boom potential Brits have. This is one of my favourite aspects of the civ.

  @@AweMjolnir personally, I think the best way to manor boom somewhat reasonably is opening tp then sending gmt, then getting Virginia company and sending all the wood crates in age 2

  The weird unit behavior can be fixed by enabling Unit Focus Fire in the settings. For some reason developers thought that's a good idea.

  What's going on with these Aztec voices? They sound like a dude is speaking from his bedroom, there's no acting. It's so bad. In DE they replaced only Iroquois and Sioux voices, not Aztec's as I'm aware.

  @@luisartglv7173 I think it's been a part of DE since the the release. I'm using original native voices mod so for me everything sounds just like it used to in the original.

  That was a very early Fortress Age for Russians 🐻. There really is not much incentive for Russians to get to Fortress Age early.

  Here is tip for managing tcs with port or any civ. There is a hotkey to select all tcs, I have it set as my only tc hotkey, also set the option to not focus the camera when you select a unit, so you can just press the tcs hotkey, followed by the vil hotkey and not switch your attention.

  Cetan Bowman do much more damage to dragoons, archers beat dragoons, cav archers are generely better dps, but kiting is better with dragoons. If you can get an upgrade for range, cav aechers beat dragoons because os dps

  The French 🥖 seemed to apply literally no pressure to Italy, which basically means they were screwed by the Italian economy (free villagers with technologies, Architects, Lombards). They also did not get all the available Trading Posts or build Town Centers to keep up with the boom. Italy even managed to get 2 European Royal House minor civilisations, which allowed getting their technologies. Argentina is probably best with Germans. It is the best late game for a normal Germany deck, because Germany has no late game stalemate breaker unit like Grenadiers to deal with buildings. It also has extreme synergy with Germantown Farmers.

  The unit beats skirms and goons per cost despite the bonus damage both do, I’ve tested it and that’s in low numbers, these units obviously get better the more of them there are. It 100% needs to be nerfed but notice here a lot of strong units that needed nerfs lately are ranged cavalry? Why? Because Skirms are such a baby counter to range cav in the first place. Of all counters in the game, skirms by far kill range cav the slowest and making matters worse is that ranged cav can easily flee the fight. So any ranged cav unit that is slightly overturned stands out like a sore thumb. Mounted grens ‘do’ lose to most hand cav per cost but the problem is hand cav will bump into each other in large numbers and thus don’t work efficiently.

  You probably need to use stagger mode. And upgrade them to match the Mounted Grenadaro, which is Guard level strong with Folk Heroes.. You can also use hand attack mode with the light ranged cavalry, as they Mounted Grenadaros have less dps in hand attack mode, when accounting for them not having siege damage or an area of effect.

  6:40 Obviously, it's not a Heavy Infantry unit. That was a typo, I've gone ahead and patched the mod to fix that. The Mounted Granader is actually labeled a Heavy Cav / Light Cav hybrid, which does mean that it takes bonus from both anti-heavy and anti-light cav fighters.

  When I’m streaming live on Twitch I always like to play it at normal speed. This video was more to demonstrate the end goal of revolting which meant that the majority of the start and mid weren’t required.

  Widgie, it is not stupid. There are other strats too that will punish hard if you leave them alone for 15 minutes. This was a treaty game. Saying that this strat is too good based on this game is very unintelligent.

  wb putting goons on melee? dont they still have multipliers against cav in melee and their higher speed means they wont be kited like infantry.
