Kickass 3D Prints I usually dont like top 10 lists, but the fact that you used a pewds video to lure me in deserves a like. Also a suggestion for a new top 10 might be top 10 anime battles, top 10 pewdiepie videos or top 10 3D printed computer mods. Btw i liked the top 10 it was better then most other top 10 channel lists. Kinda refreshing seeing a semi objective list

have a look at resin printers they don't use a hot nozzle and it looks like its just pulling a product out of a liquid. Alternatively, the point of the hot nozzle is to heat the thermoplastic PLA material so that it can be deformed into a different shape and then solidify when it is cooled. not having the heat would result in the material being brittle and impossible to shape or require a different material that wouldn't harden like play-dough.

some people just aren't into CAD, a lot of people just want to print stuff. i see it a lot with the Cricut maker (die cut machine) where they pay to use all of the different card designs n stuff. I love to make, so i design for 3d printing and my die cut machine, saves me a lot of money tbh, but different strokes i guess. at least he credited his sources.

I dont do this myself, but as I understand it between each layer you have the nozzle return to some point (preferably out of frame) like (0,0,0) and take one snapshot per layer, that way it prints the layer, moves out, takes the shot, prints another layer, and so on. That's how you get the cool effect of the model "growing"
