Email me, I'll hook you up with my 3d printable tool set which includes hardware tools like an adjustable wrench, pliers and a 12 piece wrench set..standard and metric 👍 I have more tools on the way that will be added to the set, many of which are in the final testing stage right now. Although the tools in the tool set will work best if printed in metal or high temp hardened plastics, they are still fun and even useful around the house if printed in PLA, especially if your using the tools on newer, rust free nuts and bolts (or 3d printed nuts and bolts). I think this set would be perfect for your next "useful 3d printed tools" video. Btw..I just found your channel, looks awesome, I subscribed!!

The way you used that pocket hole jig was actually painfull. If the drill is not the same size as the hole you feed it through to the wood, you don't have any benefit from the jig. and if it does have the same size, the drill will eat your jig, so you need a metal surface inside there. Good idea in principle, but this is a one use disposable tool if you use it right. And if you don't use it right, you don't have to use it at all, because it does nothing for you.

Thanks for this! I was expecting the list to have maybe 3-4 useful tools out of the giant list, but you presented MANY useful tools. You also presented tools that weren't just specific to 3D printing, which is even better. I'd love to see integration of 3D prints with other building techniques, such as woodworking and working with metal. As an example, 3D printed bushings to work with steel square tubing, to permit rotation or telescoping designs that may require some mig welding, but that don't need lathe or mill work, because of 3D.

For the bit holder: Try out carbon-fiber polycarbonate, it's slightly flexible but also very strong. It needs an abrasive-resistant nozzle, a well-maintained printer, in some cases a temperature-controller enclosure, a ~100c bed and a ~300c hotend. Your Prusa should be able to handle that though! It's definitely not my favorite material to print with, but it is my favorite in terms of end product properties. Another thing to try is to just make a "solid block" with slightly oversized hex-shaped holes in it, and put a strong neodymium strip embedded in the bottom to hold the bits in their holes. Absolutely loving your channel btw, and the clean look of your studio!

I found a useful tool last winter. Ice scraper. I tried PLA,PETG,TPU. I found tpu worked fantastic once it was cold(left in the car) petg was a good 2nd option. Also a nice little salt scoop printed from pla was helpful. We got hit with a surprise snow/ ice storm and i wasnt ready so i fired up the printers. Those solder jigs are useful. Print them from petg or better for temp resistance. I have one in ABS and another in PC.

Please yes video for tools! And not specifically 3d printed tools, but actual tools I need. I just got my first 3d printer and I want to not have to head to the store every time I see a tool I’ll need.

Yes, please list the various items to put together prints. I never know what bearings and screws etc to buy so I end up avoiding those prints all together 😏 I'm still not a boss at PETG so, baby steps for usable tools and brackets. I just like making these items in colors I love 😍 it's hard to find things in rosey purple ☺️ Have a great week! Thanks for these videos, keep it up! I appreciate the inspiration and advice! I'm an Ender 3 S1 Pro kinda gal right now and am looking at what I want my second printer to be like 🤔 too many choices!!

I know it's been a long time since the video went up but I have an idea for the drill bit holder towards the end. If you can't print anything that won't get eaten up maybe print a thing that holds the little plastic holder the bits come in. You'll have all relevant info right there to. That is if they come in like endmil tubes or whatever. Or hell melt a little wax or whatever they do after they reground endmil and send them back to you just twist it off and back on under whatever printed holder you have. Idk just an idea I don't have a printer and I'm not a designer.

I normally only subscribe to a channel when: 1. It’s a channel where I enjoy most of the videos I watch 2. The videos are ones that I WANT to be spending my time on (I might enjoy fail compilations, but I’d never subscribe to a fail channel because I don’t want to encourage myself to waste time) You just got a new subscriber! And I’ve only seen two of your videos. lol that’s about as fast as I’ve ever subscribed to anyone. I really hope your channel blows up because you give some great information in a great package. Don’t be discouraged by a low subscriber count. I think many people (especially in the technical side of KZread) are slow to jump onto a bandwagon until that bandwagon is “proven” to those people. Your insanely rapid rise in view count should be an indicator of how unexpectedly helpful your videos are, and I think the subscriber count will lag behind but it will climb if you keep doing what you’re doing.

Not sure what could have gone wrong but I see the subtitles contents moving sooner that the text stops. Maybe add delay to them? (So they'll play later and therefore get on time . And not go forward like now for me

For a lazy suzan, you can also print two identical circular plates with a semi-circular profiled groove along the perimeter, where you put glass marbles as ball bearings.
