Like others have said, store bought USA eggs must be refrigerated because we choose to acid wash the eggs. That limits the amount of bacteria but also allows eggs to become internally contaminated. Unwashed eggs do not require refrigeration for some time. Possibly many weeks. In order for a good system to work a country must have some uniform rules and a type of food handling culture.

You don;t need a brake to slow the eggs down in the two-layer holder. You just need to load it from the front up the first time, so the eggs only ever get to roll one egg of distance at a time. Loaded that way, the eggs can't build up enough momentum to bang into each other and cause damage.

I did the USB cable wind up storage.. It was stuck when trying to free the center part by turning it, it just snapped the center winder inside.. so that was a waste of 5 hours printing.
