I want to tell you again, even though you responded to me already one time, how great your response was. To have a talented person, like you, that knows opera like you, and then to have your Experience on Dimash's version of this song It's pretty special for many humans out here. You were genuine and talented and really surprised and just shocked and impressed and you felt like me when I first experienced him on this song. I do seriously listen to the song everyday on KZread by somebody for the last 3 years. Yours is my favorite, as far as I can remember. Lol

Ain’t he just the bees’ knees? I’m a 72 year old dude in California whose Mum was a professional singer, so I was exposed to operatic arias and the voice lessons she gave in Hollywood. When I first heard this beautiful song sung by this technically perfect vocalist my eyes welled up and tears ran down my cheeks…….the beauty…..the sheer gorgeous beauty………. I keep coming back to this Dimash song, and occasionally the reaction is repeated. The song….its message….his virtuosity! WOW!!! By now you’ve probably viddied his Stranger and Sinful Passion. Try Ikanaide and then his Unforgettable Day for his D8 whistle.

Opera singers can appreciate Dimash even more than others. Welcome to the Dimash world. As you mentioned the Dive Dance, I recommend the version from his Bastau concert, not the performance from this show! However, Dimash does not sing the original version, but a slightly modified one. The original score does have unsingable parts such as octave or even ninth jumps within a coloratura. He sings it a semitone lower than the original, which is still immensely high for a man. He also makes it more difficult in parts as he ends it on a D6 where the original has a B5. Here is the link for your convenience: kzread.info/dash/bejne/oWmur9ephbLNgdI.html. Another song I strongly recommend for the opera singer is Olimipco/Ogni Pietra: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lp-EtZitaJfXl5c.html

He is from Qazaqstan, he was only 22 here and had never been away from home by himself. What u should do is watch all of The Singer competition till the end to see what he could do at that age. Then go to his Bastau concert, still only 23 before moving forward, or u will miss a lot. He is now 29, 30 in May and his voice is soooooo powerful now, even better than this. So, if you jump ahead too much you will not see how he progressed. He trains constantly. He is also the most humble, genuine and generous person. A very beautiful young man with an old soul, and sings like an angel. Enjoy yr trip into Dimashland.

👉 This was a historic moment and is Dimash’s calling card. That is the song of the songs for Dimash and us, his Dears (That is what Dimash calls us fans.) The best comment from a Dear under the first video: „If you are having a bad day, remember, someone had to sing after him.“ 🤣 That one moment when a vlogger first hear Dimash and is instantly mesmerized by it... priceless and beautiful to watch. I love it! This song is one of the most difficult songs to sing and made Dimash a mega-star overnight in 2017 (The Singer). The song comes from the famous Canadian-French rock opera 'Starmania' (1978) and is known in the English-speaking world as Tycoon (1995). Music: Michel Berger and Luc Plamondon (French original text). The English adaptation is by Tim Rice. That's how it all started: In 2017 Dimash received a wildcard for the “The Singer” competition in China. He was the youngest participant ever (22 years old). Foreign participants were actually forbidden at that time. The director ignored the ban, believing Dimash would only stay 1 or 2 episodes and then go home. This competition is not a talent show. Only professional, award-winning singers participate. Nobody knew or heard Dimash before and he had to start first ... and after his first song "SOS" Dimash captured the hearts of over 600 million viewers and a mega-star was born overnight. The next day bodyguards were at his door and now he is a superstar but without airs... just our Dimash. The competition consisted of 14 rounds over 4 months. The jury consisted of 500 spectators who knew music, not just your average "Joe". They were well screened to be sure they would be able to judge the musicians fairly and competently. With up to 1 billion people watching this TV program and international interest was aroused. The performances were uploaded to KZread ... and so we became Dimash's Dears. The Chinese organizers planned... but Dimash came, sang and stayed ... for the next 3 years in China ... but he only finished second in the competition because he is not Chinese (conditions have changed: 2018, Jessie J. Won). * Original: Daniel Balavoine - SOS d'un terrien en détresse (Starmania) - kzread.info/dash/bejne/a5-O16ahpbfRqKg.html * Dimash - The Singer 2017 - behind the scenes (English subtitiles) - kzread.info/dash/bejne/imVosbmag9Pfm5s.html (Thanks to all Dears who helped to complete the information)

The Starmania character that sings this song (Johnny Rockfort) has just lost his rebellion against a totalitarian regime, and his love has just been gunned down by the forces of the same regime. Dimash masterfully transmit the pain, sorrow and despair that wreck Johnny. I just keep wondering what would be a full version of Starmania, with Dimash as Johnny...

That is how World-Class people get to be World-Class in their fields and it is how they stay at the top of the game to remain relevant. He was also really young here, I think like 23 years old, right? His voice has matured since. His renditions of this song from when he was a teenager are pretty good too but he just could not hit the lows like he could in 2017.

With this song, you just wet your fingertips in the Ocean under the name Dimash ... React further to and millions of Dimash fans will simply blow up your channel with hundreds of thousands of views and subscriptions. Dimash sings from classical to rap, he is full of surprises, have a good swim in this vast Ocean of pleasures. Do you remember the Diva song from The Fifth Element, a movie with Bruce Willis? In this film, the song of the alien Diva was made half with the voice of an opera singer, and half synthesized on a computer to show an alien voice so that human capabilities could not cover the range and jumps of this song, and so: Dimash sang it calmly, which proves that Dimash is an alien. When heard Dimash sing, I thought that he was not human. VWhen heard what he said in an interview, realized that Dimash is more of a human than all of Us.

Hello. You have just discovered Dimash through the song that began to make him known worldwide at the beginning of 2017, first during this show in China and then elsewhere in the world. This French song is one of the most difficult to sing. And the version of Dimash that you just listened to is not the best among all the ones he has done. Personally I prefer the 2018 version at Slaavic Bazar, others prefer (visually especially) the 2021 version at the Digital Show. As it was this song that made him known to many people, he sang it during these multiple concerts. In this regard, the shortest of these concerts lasts 2h30 and the longest more than 3h30. And if you were impressed by what you heard, all of this represents no more than 10% of what he can do, and I'm not kidding. As he is an artist not linked to major music labels, he can afford to really do what he wants and likes to do. He is able to mix several styles of music in a single song, whether it is pop, opera, rap, funky, folklore, rock and many others. There would be many songs that you could see among the hundred and more songs that he has made since 2017 in more than 15 different languages, playing or not 8 instruments that he masters, dancing or not, playing in video clips which are masterpieces, of these songs that he wrote or that big names composed especially for him. What is certain is that every time we think we have already seen and heard everything about him, we are wrong every time. A few titles just in case: Stranger (new wave), Olimpico (arnau), Sinful passion, Love is like a dream, Adagio (2017), Your love, Know (vocalise)... There are so many others that will surprise you and most of them are much more recent, but his last masterpiece, while waiting for the next one, is The story of one sky. Start by watching the video clip and then, importantly, watch the live version during his concert in Almaty (part 3 from 23mn). You will understand why after seeing the 2 versions. You will really enjoy Dimash's duet with maestro Placido Domingo, The Pearl Fisher's Duet. They performed together when they both acted as judges at a classical performers competition. Dimash considers Placido Domingo one of his heroes, since he was a child listening to the ThreeTenors and was honored to be given the opportunity to sing with him. It is truly a great performance wth a fabulous orchestra. Also listen to El Amor En Ti from Dimash's concert in Almaty. Big surprises there! And I mean BIG!

Oh you've barely scratched the surface of his capability. What I love most about him is not his vocal range (although I'm a sucker for his rich, deep, full low range) it's his genre defying catalogue. Just when you think you've heard everything, he'll switch genres with the next song or even combine two or three genres within one song. Btw he's Kazakh, not Turkish and speaks 3 languages fairly fluently but has sung in at least 15 languages at the last count. His recent duet with Placido Domingo was pretty epic too.

He is famous for having an unusually wide vocal range and his ability to sing in more than fifteen languages. Dimash was born Dinmukhammed Kanatuly Kudaibergen in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan on the 24th of May, 1994. When he was only five years old, Dimash began taking vocal and piano lessons at the children's section of the Akhmet Zhubanov Music College. He continued his training throughout his school years and eventually attended the music institute of K. Zhubanov University. He graduated in 2014 with a classical music degree centred on vocal ability. He continued his musical education by studying contemporary music Kazakh National University of Arts in Astana. He successfully received a Master's degree in Composition and was even recommended for the PhD program. Throughout his time at university, Dimash entered four major singing competitions in Kazakhstan. He won the National Zhas Kanat Contest with a perfect score of 180 out of 180, which was unprecedented in the competition's history. In December 2014, he was awarded a laureate of the State Youth Prize Daryn. He released his first album in China the same year, and it went platinum in thirty-seven seconds! Singer-songwriter multi-instrumentalist Genres Classical cross over pop folk classical worldoperatic pop I cant say he is best singer in the world because answer will be subjective anyway thats question like which one is better Vincent van Gogh or Leonardo da Vinci but as amateur vocalist I can say technically he is best vocalist who is still living in the planet not just because of he has amazing range but he mastered at every register and technics especially his flageolet register(his soprano falsetto voice) also his whistle register better then any male singer then I ever heard and his mix register technique incredible and he mastered at belt canto technics at level of opera singers.

📌Welcome! Who is Dimash Qudaibergen? (pronounced: Dee-mahsh Koo-deye-bear-ghen) Dimash Qudaibergen (Dinmukhammed Qanatuly Qudaibergen) was born on May 24, 1994 in Aktobe, Kazakhstan. He is 1.91 m (6.3 ft) tall. Dimash is a singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, actor, video director, screenwriter and entrepreneur who has received the title of Honored Music Artist of Kazakhstan and many other significant awards around the world. Dimash Qudaibergen was very fortunate to be born into musical 'royalty'. Grandfather was a professional dombra player, grandmother was a teacher and sang. His mother Svetlana Aitbayeva has a classical education (not opera). His father, Kanat Aitbayev, is also a singer, songwriter and producer. His parents are known throughout the country and are “Honored Music Artists of Kazakhstan”. Both have been seen on the big stages and on television in Kazakhstan for many years. * Listen: kzread.info/dash/bejne/omtl0dZqpbXAfLQ.html According to Kazakh tradition, Dimash grew up with his grandparents. He calls them mom and dad and for a long time thought his parents were brother and sister-in-law. They all live together in one house. Dimash said: "Open my heart, you will find music. If you open my brain you will find music. Music is my life." Dimash wasn't a child prodigy, but he always wanted to be a musician and grew up surrounded by music. As a young boy (2 years old) he would often sit in the audience at his parents' performances and run onto the stage when they bowed at the end, and he did the same. While other children drew cars or princesses, Dimash drew a music studio and the instruments. * Interview with Dimash Kid for local studio 2006 - kzread.info/dash/bejne/noieqrmYeau6g7A.html In his childhood, Dimash trained in taekwondo. He achieves his enormous lung capacity through targeted swimming and diving training, he dribbles very well with a football - kzread.info/dash/bejne/naiTztGkf72yh9o.html and because his dears are important to him, he even takes additional dance lessons. Dimash's role models include Lara Fabian, Pavarotti, Igor Krutoy, Andrea Bocelli, Celin Dion, Queen and most importantly Michael Jackson. He has been making music since he was 5 years old and has a perfect pitch. He has university degrees in piano, classical/opera, contemporary music and jazz with a major in singing. Dimash also completed a musical master class on Broadway and has a master's degree with a concentration in composition. He completed his studies with honors. He has composed 15 of his own songs so far and is currently working on his doctorate. So we will soon call him Dr. Phil Dimash Qudaibergen. 😃 Dimash did not fit into the traditional image of a singer in Kazakhstan and was heavily criticized. Even his singing teacher forbade him to sing in falsetto (interview with his first singing teacher - kzread.info/dash/bejne/iGuczcWEiaTUmMo.html ... but Dimash was undeterred. As a child he performed at concerts and took part in various competitions. In 2012, Dimasch won the Grand Prix of Kazakh young singers “Schas Kanat” (“Young Wings”). In the same year he received first prize in the Ukrainian TV competition “Vostochnyi Bazaar” (Oriental Market), and a year later he won first place in the Kyrgyz international festival “Making Asia”. In 2015, Dimasch won the Grand Prize of the Belarusian music festival “Slavyansky Bazaar” (Slavic Market) - a milestone in the young singer's career. The career jump to global megastar came in January 2017 after his participation in the Chinese singing competition “The Singer”. In 2016, Dimash turned down the offer of an engagement at the National Opera in Astana (capital of Kazakhstan) because he wanted to go his own way. He created his own genre: neo-classical combined with classical, folklore and other styles like pop, rock, R&B and jazz. We lay people say “Popera”. Dimash cannot be pigeonholed. 😃 Dimash is independent and has full artistic control over himself. His father founded the company "DimashAli" with a friend (his son's name is Ali). In 2017, Dimash surprised everyone, not only in China. His first album was certified 1x platinum in 37 seconds, 3x platinum in 47 minutes and 5x platinum in one day. He opened the eyes of his critical compatriots. Today, Dimash is his country's "cultural ambassador" and a "national treasure" (no official title). He himself is a proud Kazakh and patriot. Dimash plays at least 7 instruments, traditional dombra is a must in his family. He speaks 3 languages: Kazakh (mother tongue), Russian without an accent (second language in Kazakhstan) and English. So far he sings in 16 languages (phonetically). Dimash says dancing is difficult for him. But he moves great on stage and his hands speak. He is a grandios and sensitive story teller. Dimash trains his voice 3 hours every day...but he says: "You don't have to know how hard I've worked, you just have to enjoy the results." In professional circles, Dimash is considered a lyrical baritone with a typically wide range. Some believe that he does not sing his high notes as a countertenor but as a natural soprano. He is the first singer to sing all 5 voices: bass, baritone, tenor, alto, soprano. His current pitch range is G0 - D8 (outside the piano), 7,7 octaves! At least the Dimash shows us so far. 😃 * Video about his vocal range: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aaGjwa-Dkqq5mto.html Dimash's 'heavenly' vocal abilities, from bass to coloratura soprano, are difficult to classify. They are not only limited to the enormous range of over seven octaves and the mixture of all musical genres, but it is also the incredible command of his voice and the ability to touch people emotionally and surprise them again and again. Such skills are very rare and can only be acquired, maintained and perfected through relentless and never-ending training. Dimash doesn't drink alcohol and of course he doesn't smoke, he doesn't drink iced drinks and he doesn't like socks. He loves fire and water on stage, of course only as stage sets. 🤣 A dear once gave him knee pads, but Dimash says he's so deep into his songs that he doesn't feel any pain. 😃 Dimash is a very handsome, attractive man and is on the list of the most handsome men in the world. He is a popular model all over the world. The best designers in the world court him and are inspired by his music. He doesn't just wear her creations on stage. Dimash is humble, kind, generous, respectful, reserved and very, very hardworking. He gives a lot of his time and money to charity, supports people in need and always does it quietly. We Dears only find out because some people feel the need to talk about it. Dimash is a megastar. He has the largest active fan base in the world, over 10 million Dears in fan clubs in 142 countries, women and men aged 9 to 90 around the world. (documented)… and at least millions and millions Dears who are not organized in the fan clubs. (In an interview his Dears were estimated at two billion.) Dimash calls us "Dears" because we are just as important and dear to him as his own family. The fan clubs are not like those of other artists. They don't just cheer for Dimash. They return Dimash's love and emulate him. They strive for good manners and help people who are not doing well or they are committed to the environment. The Dears do their part to make the world a better place. This connects Dimash and his dears around the world. What can't he do? Oops, he can't cook! 😃 Did I forget something? Oh yeah! He sings all the time, all day! He sings because he has to, it's his life. Go on the journey. He will surprise you every time, touch your heart, nourish your soul or blow you out of your chair. Handkerchiefs are always recommended, even for metalheads! Be careful and hold on tight when Dimash pulls out the left earbud! Meet Dimash, his singing, his diversity, his development, his human size, his humility, his love for his dears. A dear commented: "Dimash deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for his tireless promotion of world peace for peoples around the world." One can only agree! * FULL SPEECH AT FORUM IN ASTANA (2022) - kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZHdpl8NsndnMgKw.html Please NEVER react to The World's Best videos! For TV viewers, the songs are terribly mangled and edited together. Most Dears boycott the videos because they know the backstory: Dimash left the show before the finale and his assured victory, turning down a record deal and $1 million in prize money. In his culture, adults do not compete with children. The organizers lied to him when he signed the contract and later humiliated him. Eyewitnesses here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ioWbpax7nrXchs4.html (K or Q? - Dimash was first known in Russia and China. There is no Q in the Russian alphabet (Cyrillic script) or in Chinese hieroglyphs. Now he is known worldwide and his name is written with Q in Latin script. Kazakhstan is also in the process of switching to the Latin alphabet. So both are correct, in countries with Cyrillic script: Kudaibergen, in all countries with latin alphabet: Qudaibergen.) There are good, great, excellent singers and there is DIMASH! ⭐ THE ULTIMATE DIMASH GUIDE (1-12) - kzread.info/dash/bejne/hYB127eQgqjVaLQ.html ❤ Greetings from a Dear from Germany ❤ (Thanks to all Dears who helped me. Thank you for your reaction and welcome to the family of Dears! Dimash is a singer from Kazakhstan with an almost 7 octave range (he will turn 30 in May). His opera house would have been in Kazakhstan, and he'd find it hard to get a large following, plus he'd be restricted to one range. He doesn't speak thirteen languages, he sings that many, actually probably 17 or more by now. His two native tongues are Kazakh and Russian. If you watch some of his English songs on this 2017 series of "The Singer," you'll see his English wasn't especially good, but he managed to sing his first Chinese (Mandarin) song like a native. Has also sung beautiful Japanese. His English is now close to fluent, and he's picking up quite a bit of Mandarin. As spectacular as this performance was (it was also my first time hearing Dimash), he keeps getting better and better, especially in his deeper range, and a lot of experimenting with new techniques. Turkey and Kazakhstan share similarities in language, music, etc., but he is not from Turkey. I think his mother grew up in Ukraine.

Watch Dimash sing Opera 2 from this same show. You’ll be even more amazed by just how high he can go . The audience goes nuts. This show is in China and I believe called I Am Singer . The show launched Dimash into superstardom over night Dimash needed bodyguards after his first performance. So much to see , enjoy

Dimash is a MASTER! He has been singing since he was about five. He is MUSIC ITSELF! He is such a professional, and his work ethic is unparalleled! He practices at least 3 hours a day. He has his doctorate in musicology. He is an incredible lyricist as well. Your journey has just begun! His fans are called DEARS. I believe you may be joining this incredible group of people. He also loves his family, his country of Kazakstan, and his DEARS! He is a magnificent ambassador for PEACE. He wrote, “A Story of One Sky.” AMAZING! Please watch the music video, and the live version. It is MAGNIFICENT! Welcome!

Fasten your seat belt and brace for impact. Dimash is not only the best singer alive he's a great humanitarian, patriot, visionary, actor (Story of One Sky), and I believe an alien from another dimension. You should watch Stranger next,

Thank you for your great reaction to Dimash! He is incredible, but even he can't speak 13 languages! He speaks kazakh, russian, english and a little Mandarin, but he sings songs in 15 or more languages(learns them phonetically). If you would like to react to his version of the Diva Dance,I would suggest you react to the version from his Bastau Concert,it is the best!Liked and subscribed, love from Ireland!

This is why first-time reactions to Dimash will never, ever get old. Due to his sheer, extreme vocal versatility and going all over the place with his voice every time. Plus, how do you prepare for a singer who is said to have a 7+ octave range by now. There’s no way to be casual about his level of talent, so rest assured everyone has experienced the same shock as you did.

You did a very good reaction! He was actually the youngest participant ever. He was a wild-card, so he sang first. This was the first time anyone had heard his voice. He couldn't win, because only someone who was born in China could win. They change that rule the next year and apologize to Dimash.

His talent is otherworldly, but it’s his kindness and big heart that have captured this particular 70 year old lady! I truly love EVERYTHING about this young man! ❤️❤️ I enjoyed your reaction…it was wonderful and I love to see Dimash’s legends of “dears”grow as it has! Thank you for this!❤️
