Such a small taste of what this man can and has done. Dimash has sung on stage with Placido Domingo, and with Lara Fabian, and backstage with Andrea Bocelli. Because he mixes nearly every musical genre from opera to rap, he says there is no name for his genre of music-----but that if one must have a name for it, it's "neoclassical." I simply call it the best world music ever created.

I absolutely adore watching people react to Dimash for the very first time and you didn’t disappoint! He is awe inspiring for sure! But what makes me love him even more is that he is a kind man who treats his fans,who he calls his “Dears”,with respect and genuine appreciation. I enjoyed your reaction and will be back for more!

Congratulations, you just witnessed the greatest vocalist alive. He is a twenty-nine year old multi-faceted artist with a soul of a thousand years, who hails from Kazakhstan. He sings in 16 different languages (speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently, some English, and a little Mandarin), plays 8 musical instruments and is currently working on his PhD in musicology (has a Masters in composition). He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 7 octave range, has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble and kind man. His mother is an opera singer and his father is a singer and producer. He sings every genre (even raps) He has many recent performances, but I would highly recommend "SOS", "Stranger" 2021,"Olimpico" 2019 link on Igor Krutoy's (composer that came out of retirement to work with Dimash) KZread channel, "Adagio" from The Singer 2017, "Ikanaide" 2021 Tokyo Jazz Festival, and "Ave Maria" 2021 at New Wave. After digesting those performances, I can't stress enough my recommendation for one of his most recent songs and music video (mini movie) the artistic masterpiece "The Story of One Sky" that he wrote the screenplay for and spent 3 years composing the music for, which displays a lot of his range (not all) and soooo many vocal techniques and dynamics, including sub harmonics, whistle register, bass, tenor, baritone, classical, jazz, pop, rock and unreal metal screams....and unbelievable dramatic acting. Adding that Dimash was one of the judges of the Virtuosos Talent Show invited by Placido Domingo.

Dimash was offered a place in Astana Opera House, but he wanted to go into classical crossover music, though he still sings Opera now & then too. He sings in 14 languages & can sing all genres of music. He really is a once-in-a-lifetime artist & is considered by many as the best vocalist in the world. The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. Just a little point for some of the great fans here. Dimash didn’t sing “The Pearl Fishers” because it is an entire opera, with many singers, male, and female. So that is incorrect. It’s like saying Julie Andrews sang the entire Sound of Music. What he did sing, was the male duet from the opera, which is very famous, and it is “Au fond du temple saint.” The duet is for baritone and tenor and there are many wonderful versions of this aria, featuring many wonderful tenors and baritones who also have fabulous voices within their ranges. Of course, we are all thrilled that Dimash had this fabulous opportunity to sing with Placido Domingo and did himself and his fans, proud. 🎉

Comparto tu admiración por la interpretación de Dimash, yo lo sigo desde el 2019 por un titulo que decía " El mejor cantante del mundo " y me dije este quien es? Pensando encontrar un Español, un Italiano o Francés. Primero vi todas las canciones subtituladas en español y hasta la fecha (2024) 2 o 3 horas por día, reaciones como la suya de gente que sabe de música, lástima que la mayoría no son subtituladas en castellano, pero si me doy cuenta que reconocen el Gran Talento de DIMASH.
