The people who wrote She Hulk clearly don't understand: the average woman, the comic book source material, comic books in general, how human beings interact with each other, nor entertainment in general.

I'm a lawyer IRL. I have to say, if you ever meet a woman who looks like she has just been abused or assaulted, DO NOT GIVE HER A MAKEOVER! You will destroy all the evidence on her body, in cases of rape or domestic abuse lawyers and cops know that the first 24 hours is crucial in collecting evidence including taking pictures of her bruises and finding fluids like blood or fingerprints on her clothes/body etc. that scene was beyond stupid for me - they didn't even bother to call 911 or at least stay with her until they were sure she was safe from her attacker, at the very least call her a cab or take her to the nearest hospital or police station.

Yep, my niece is in the same boat. Sure at least she's a girl, but she was super depressed back in ~2019 before the 'rona and even in a supposedly "no CRT" etc area, and she came home every day for a week or so just sad because the teachers kept telling the class that the white students should feel bad because they 'had more' (whatever that means, she was and still is too young to even try to understand this bullshit). And she wasn't even 10 yet at that point. Like not even exaggerating, she actually came home sad and didn't want to talk or do/say anything. It's so fucked. And these fucking gremlins that push this garbage, if pressed on how they're hurting these kids emotionally/mentally, would probably respond "Good, they deserve it for being (white/male/straight/whatever)!!!!!!!!" It's fucking sick, these people are sick.

The beginning of the movie the Mask and their treatment of the introduction of Stanley is exactly the kind of direction they should’ve taken with Jennifer on and She-Hulk. Just show her as a sympathetic, down on their luck type of character who is constantly holding in their anger because they’re used to being taken advantage of, looked over and walked all over. Show her in the situations like they did him, not just expect you to fill in the blanks. Then, just like they did when he puts on the mask (oddly enough a green faced character) when she Hulks up she gets a measure of revenge against these characters or even in her human form has more confidence to stand up to them. The Mask was a better She- Hulk origin.

The MCU honestly died with Endgame. Leading up to it we had our 3 pillars. We had Stark, who was the cocky genius. Cap who was essentially the heart, and Thor who had such character growth over the films and it was squandered. We lost 2 of the 3 pillars, and they castrated the 3rd. I feel that Black Panther was being brought in as a 4th pillar, but sadly Chadwick passed. Now, it's just disconnected mess

It began with the forging of the great films. Threads were given by Tolkien, immortal, wisest and fairest of all beings. Rights were granted to Jackson, great miner, and craftsman of the mountain of lore. And nine, nine hours were gifted to the race of men, who above all else, desire quality. But they were all of them deceived, for another show was made. In the land of Amazon, in the fires of Mount Prime, the Dark Lord Bezos forged in secret a master flop. And into this show he poured his money, his greed and his will to dominate all film. One show to ruin them all. For into darkness fell Tolkien's star, in Amazon, where no bathrooms are.

Jennifer was attacked by thugs regarding a case she was working on and she was shot in the attack and way dying from blood loss and Bruce had to make the choice of watching her die or saving her life with his family blood and thus he gave her a transfusion with his blood and she eventually developed into She-Hulk.

And Jesus, the amount of manipulation and gaslighting these women do to each other is astounding. However, whenever they interact with me it's always either flirty or an overly kind veneer of tolerance. It's been a really bizarre experience.

Do NOT hang out with them, do NOT be alone with any woman there, ever. And for the love of God DO NOT EVER sleep with any of them. I know this sounds like hyperbole, but it isn't. They will try to use you as a tool against other women, or to further their own self-interest. And the American workplace not only tolerates this, but outright incentivises it. You've been warned. Interesting tidbit: The reason Robert Pattinson wasn't 'big' in Batman is he refused to use PEDs, unlike most male actors that buff up for movies. And actors who do use them, among other 'physique enhancing' techniques, like water fasting for days before shoots, are often not at peak performance in those movie shots. In short, yeah, Robert would probably have been physically stronger for Batman than many other 'bigger' male actors. This is a decent example of what we'd call 'unrealistic body standards' for men/boys, and is why we need male actors to be honest and vocal about using PEDs.

well the race swap character in the house of the dragon is eventually gonna be the main main guy when alot of the characters people connect with die off, and eventually dudes gonna be de facto king and survives till the very end which is probably why they race swapped him so that the guy whos role in the kingdom is basically king is a black dude. Idk his story will probably still be solid just cause the baseline for the character is solid but its so annoying cus there was absolutely zero reason to race swap the character especially when the characters family was written to actually be notoriously pale white due to being related to targeryans

The whole caeserian section thing is ridiculous--that procedure was being performed on humans around 700 BCE (granted with the expectation that the mother would die), but by the 1100s Maimonides was writing about concerns that the mother wouldn't be able to have children again, so clearly death during the operation wasn't the biggest issue anymore. So the medical knowledge in House of the Dragon is basically 1500+ years behind our actual, historical Middle Ages.
