I can't wait to see the Witch portrayed as a victim of the patriarchy, and the Christian themes to be swapped with the religion of intersectionality. Aslan will be portrayed as a sad, old lion whose outdated traditional values have doomed Narnia for generations until our progressive female protagonists show him the error of his ways. Also, Peter and Edmund will be useless, cocky meatheads who will need to get saved by Lucy and Susan repeatedly while acting as comic relief.

With Secret Invasion, they completely rewrote the effects of the Snap ( I won't call it the "blip" because that's just stupid). Secret Invasion made it seem so traumatizing and horrific when we actually got essentially a first-person perspective of the snap with Wandavision where Monica Rambeau gets snapped. The effect? One or two seconds of weird disorientation and then suddenly she's back in reality again. No pain, no fear, nothing. Fury made it sound like it was this hugely traumatic experience when clearly the writers have forgotten we already saw what the snapees actually experienced, and it was nothing. They used the snap as nothing more than an excuse to beat down Fury and give a bs reason why he's a shadow of his former self. Problem is, the audience has these things called brains and within those brains are these things called memories, and we can remember what happened in your cinematic universe prior to the events of this show. The writers, however, do not, because Disney and Marvel actually forbid their writers and actors from examining the events of previous shows and films so they can't use it as a reference for their own project. Basically Disney is not only anti-audience, they're anti-continuity, even in the context of events occurring within their own show at the time. Is it any wonder that everything since Endgame has been a completely garbled mess that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever? When a studio is far more concerned with spreading The Message instead of making their bullshit content even make sense, is it any wonder the entire thing is circling the drain? Edit: With Rhodey, how absolutely disrespectful can you be to a character? If what it looks like is true and Rhodey was taken from the hospital after the events of Civil War, Marvel and Disney have made the conscious choice to rip that final, heartbreaking moment where Rhodey says goodbye to his best friend when Tony dies away from the character... for no other reason than to fail at a 'gottcha' moment in Secret Invasion. All of that growth during his recovery, and all of that pain from his loss.... absolutely meaningless, because it wasn't Rhodey, it was a skrull. F*** you Disney. (And I would have used the full word but apparently YT is afraid of the f-word and would likely taken down my comment if I'd used it, so F you too KZread)

Ken outselling Barbie being a threat to Barbie? Funny you should say that, as it was the women's side of Mattel that demanded She-Ra be produced as a girls toy side of He-Man....which coincided with He-Man's sudden drop in sales and the one and only line of toys that outshined Barbie at Mattel being destroyed. TLDR: Yes, Ken outselling Barbie would definitely be seen as an attack on Barbie.

Something that strikes me in the last two decades of "strong female powerful leaders" is that none of those stories really know what being a leader means. I always go back to Aragorn as a model of leadership in fiction: extremely powerful on his own, smart, resourceful, damn-near unkillable, but also kind, caring, protective and willing to go the extra mile to protect, save or heal others. ALL and I do mean ALL of those "strong female leaders" are vainglorious, self-important Mary Sues who somehow everyone admires, eventhough they showcase none of the essential qualities of a good leader. They're just about caricatures of the Reagan-era soldier, except with all the grease, sweat and testosterone flying around in those films, the writers never hid the fact that those characters weren't all black or white, and they managed to add substance to them. The new Mary Sues have NONE. So when you hear Snow white as YET another retelling of that story, it's hard not to raise an eyebrow in contempt.

Women wanted a film to dress up and be feminine and this gave them the green light to do that after a long time of nothing and Covid lockdowns. All that said, this is a trojan horse to cultural division to bring in technologically controlled CCP Marxism. Its concerning that so many women and girls in America are in the 2 and 3rd week now, still are going to see this nasty shit. The last people we should even be giving a sound box to are women in the entertainment world that enabled men who horrifically sexily abuse women and children, if you think about it from that perspective, no wonder they have a low opinion of men, but they also have a low opinion of children and babies as they see them as objects that are in the way.

Every time it came up I was trying to understand it in this new context, I was hyper focused on what was being said, why it makes sense, why it's a humiliation, why is Oppenheimer doing it this way, how is Strauss reacting, what are the political ramifications of both positions, how does all of this knowledge add to the perception of events by both characters....honestly I hope they put that entire hearing in the extra features when it comes out.

1:06:25 Snow White story in a nutshell... Snow White's mother dies in giving birth, thus the King remarries a witch who is beholden to her own beauty; and needs constant reminder of that from a Mirror. When the King's Daughter suddenly is more "Fair" than her, she tries to get her minecrafted in the woods. When that doesn't work, she tries to do it herself... At what point is Snow White dreaming "to become the leader, she knows she can be"... What?

With regards to the scientist raising concerns about the use of the bomb during the war, there was in fact a few who objected to the use of the bomb, especially once Germany surrendered, but the majority of the scientists (and the US People in general) were running in metaphorical hot blood, having watched 6 years of constant war (13 years in Asia), with reading of cities being bombed and obliterated having become familiar news like the weather report. The dropping of the first bomb was greeted by the scientist with joy. It was the dropping of the second bomb that startled Oppenhimer and some of the other scientists as they began to think about what this meant beyond the end of the present conflict. That bombing they (the scientists) saw as pointless slaughter. In contrast the US people were still in hot blood till like the 60’s-70’s, when everyone could appreciate the Pandora’s box that had been opened in 1945.

The most hilarious act from these postmodern directors/writers is telling people what the intended message is and isn't. Almost the entire core of that branch of philosophy is that there are an infinite number of interpretations to an infinite number of stimuli in the world and all are valid. This concept was initially applied most heavily in the study of Art, Photography, Literature, and Cinema. So, they make a deconstructed film in the name of postmodernism and then tell people the singular view they should take on it. Cool cool... very logically consistent...

Armor Wars could redeem the "Rhodey as a Skrull" story line if it allows Rhodey to really deal with everything he missed (like Tony's death) in a real, honest manner. Don Cheadle could really flesh out the character by showing the anger and greef of it. All leading to him going out to try to preserve Tony's legacy via Armor Wars. All of this of course turns on the writers, so I don't have much hope at all.

I think it’s hard for a man in their 30’s to resonate with Barbie. Women tear themselves down, and deep down do not trust men as a ‘collective’. I am NOT surprised that their BIG movie for them was pretty toxic and bashed men. Feminism is toxic, BUT this is for women, it’s NOT for men. Men are simple, pretty straightforward, and want an easy life. Women hate women, love drama and bitching (in fact I would 100% say bitching is their fav thing even over a nice bag)…. I don’t mean this in a horrible nasty way, it’s just the vibe anyone with awareness can stand back and observe this.
