I feel like I have a whole team in my corner. We quickly packed a few bags and I got my girls out of the house. Heading somewhere safe. He has been calling and texting very unhinged things. I cannot thank everyone in this community enough. He is now blocked on everything that I am aware of. I will update when things are settled down. To the few people who encouraged him, you f----ing suck. People were warning her that he was saying some messed up stuff in the comments of his post. People were also egging him on to invite her out to a public place, like a coffee shop to "talk" so that she'll feel safe and that "they deserve a second chance", "they need closure", "it's reasonable to just talk to them" ect. He was starting to sound very unhinged saying to come back and he will adopt the son and he has it in his mind that she wants him back too." AND ONE OF THE REPLIES "He deleted his account but one of the comments I had read was him saying he could take his daughters and not return them until she agreed to meet with him and take him back."

Well in a deleted part it get so much worse and the husband planned to kidnap the kid. People warned op who last update was that she’s had to leave to a safe place at a family’s house and had contacted the police because he was becoming more unhinged.

I heard this and there was more to it. The ex husband downplay the fight between his ex wife and mother. His mother assaulted her and kicked her in to stomach while ex husband watched, she even threw a snow globe at her head. She tried to make ex wife miscarry the baby forcefully. The other thing is ex husband got chewed out in the comment section about it andnhow much of a shetty husband he is along with his equally shetty family for letting his wife get abused for so long. The end of it is he made post about how he will take his daughters hostage from his ex wife and threaten her to take him back or she will never see them again, and he will take the newborn as his own as well (the newborn is a boy and her new husband's firstborn). Someone (idk who) from the comment section linked that post to the ex-wife, who then decided with her new husband to move entirely as he is batshet crazy. (Ex husband tried to delete all his posts, including the kidnapping post)

@dogpound9851 He didn't lose full custody, he picks his daughters up from daycare and such. They only coparenting and are divorced. She already remarried to her new husband, who is an old friend after dating for a year. But after that kidnapping post he made, he most definitely lost all custody.

“She wasn’t trying to hurt the baby, just you.” Probably one of the worst things you could ever say to a pregnant woman who’s just been assaulted. I already knew after that comment that there was no coming to his senses afterwards. If I were OP I’d have not only gotten the divorce but also a gun, because he just proved he’s just as deranged as his family. (On top of the fact that in a now deleted post he admitted to plotting to kidnap OPs children to force her back with him.)

What gets me is how the ex-husband claims to have cut his mom out, but still protects her by downplaying what she did.

The husband started off so well. Like he defended OP every step of the way, and he did everything right. Then…he just does a full 180. What the f*** happened!?

It’s funny how the ex-husband is still a momma’s boy since in his post he didn’t mentioned the assault his mother did on his ex-wife, the husband just stood by his mom’s side even after she assaulted his ex-wife. The ex-husband had already proved to OP and everyone on Reddit that he isn’t a real man but a momma’s boy

No matter how many times I hear this, I'll never be over how this bastard was willing to out a pregnant woman in harms way and try to EXCUSE IT on top of later playing victim when she leaves and lives happily with someone that loves her and all their kids. Sick.

Let's be honest, even if OP was in the mood of meeting JNMIL again and show her the paternity results, MIL would have just dismissed them as forgery and the cycle starts again. One thing with this people is that they refuse to see they are wrong.

awww delulu man thinkin' he can just swoop back into someone's life after he destroyed it and she rebuilt it with another man what an entitled, selfish, self centered dude. like you already blew up her life once now you want to do it again so you can "get her back"? not sure I've known many people more selfish than this unless they were actually facing charges for something.

It was the fact that his mother was deranged and delusional about having women in the family. She actively tried to hurt and end the op. The ex-husband's other relationship was bad since he felt no connection to his gf since she kept asking for marriage. He knew he fked up hard and let his mother get to him. Seeing his children being loved and cared for by another man and his ex-wife loving another man also made him delusional about wanting her back. Most painful part is he can't do shet about it since it was not only his family's fault, but majority his as he allowed the abuse and assault to happen and did nothing. (She was about 6 to 7 months pregnant when the assault happen.)

He felt bad that he hurt his mom which caused him to listen to her when she reached out. She wanted to see him and the daughter. OP clearly being the one that had the brains said “fuck no”. So when he went to visit his mother, he felt pity for her and anger at his wife and she weaseled her way into controlling him

I sincerely doubt JNMIL would stop pressing charges if the truth failed to come out.

It’s actually way more intense so some of this story got deleted but using ways to look at deleted posts you can find the ex husbands plan to kidnap his kid to force the op to Cole back to him and how she had to leave to her family’s place to get to a safe place.
