Poweramp + Oneplus Phone = Crystal Clear Audio 😊❤️

Just picked this phone up in June of 2024 and traded my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra in for a discount. Got the phone for around $600. I traded it in because I always had a Foldable but it was always the Samsung fold but I hated the front facing screen. I'm so glad I traded it in. I truly love the OnePlus Open. It's bigger and lighter than the Samsung Galaxy S23. This phone is truly a beast. Beautiful design and awesome features. I don't think I will be going back to Samsung unless they make their Galaxy Fold wider like a normal phone size when closed and thinner and lighter.

Strong endorsement title for Nothing branded phones

I agree that the bottom grill is only symetrical. Still number one for me. Using it today, matched to the OnePlus Watch 2. It was my phone of the year for 2023. For me, the only challenger this year is the OnePlus 12. The Open takes good photos but, the 12 is better. Even better that my Pixel 8a and iPhone 15 Pro Max sometimes.

I use the Tudia case too! Though i did remove the screen protector. That made the side woobly so i use one of those sticky tapes that came with other cases and less wobble!

Mine is my top favorite out of 35+ smartphones I have. Also my most expensive. Still like my LG's and use Flip 5 at night. Peace

Appreciate the feedback. If one plus is skipping a year, you got to think, what are these guys coming up with, that's going to blow our minds (Hopefully👍)

It is king. My sim card has been in the open for most of the year because it's that fire. Might go to my pixel fold/8 pro/s24 ultra for a few days or a week to switch things up but I always go back to the open. It's just too good.

The top is not two microphones, one is actually an IR blaster for using the phone as a universal remote

@@myproject13ttt I just got the Open last week and haven't had an IR blaster since my HTC M7. Probably not a reason for anyone to get the phone but definitely a nice bonus

I've had mine for 2 days now after retiring my S23 Ultra and so far I'm impressed. I was considering getting a Z Fold 5 and I'm so glad I went with the OnePlus Open instead. Just like the box says when you first open it, "Never Settle"

@@kirklandguy015 the simple answer is no. There are workarounds, but security-wise it's not safe. Do you have a Samsung smartwatch? It independently works on its own, even if it's connected to a non Samsung smartphone.

@@kirklandguy015 The significant difference between Samsung Pay and Google Wallet is the devices they support. If you have a Samsung phone, you can install any payment service. If you own another Android device or iOS, you can only use Google Wallet. Like I mentioned earlier Samsung Pay is locked to Galaxy phones only.

Just bought one two days ago and it broke two hours after I got it. I was sad. The front screen went bad and I just had to send it back for a refund. Just beware of quality control issues

@@myproject13ttt fam I was devastated lol. I think I will wait to see what google puts out in August. I don't know what went wrong but I hooked it up to my Nord n30 to do the data transfer and it started doing the transfer and the outer screen started flashing yellow and just blacked out. I did a factory reset using the inner screen but the outer screen wouldn't turn on. It was a sealed brand new phone. The production date was April 2024
