ONE Dough Recipe THREE Amazing Breads!

There is no greater glory for a homemaker than to master the art that is "making bread" knowing how to tame your yeast into glorified goodness is a skill certainly worth all the praise. But let's be real, you have chores to do, laundry that needs folding, kids that need your attention, your chicken just flew the coop... whatever. This video I will show you how to make 3 simple breads each unique in purpose and flavor from one bread dough recipe.
Hope you enjoy and happy bread making!
____________________________
Recipe Ingredients:
2 Cup Water
2/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Oil
1.5 tsp Salt
6 Cups Bread Flour
2 Packages Fast Acting Yeast
Directions:
Put ingredients into break maker in order provided, make a small well in flour and add your yeast. Use dough setting on your bread maker, hit the start button, and off you go to do something more useful of you time... even if that is watching KZread :)
Once Bread Machine has completed the dough cycle, lightly knead dough on floured surface and roll out into rectangle. Roll up and tuck ends under and place in your greased bread pan to complete second rise. You can do this the old fashioned way and put in a warm area of your home covered with a tea towel or if you happen to have a dehydrator turn on bread setting and let rise 45 mins - 1 hour. My house is so cold in the winter months it would take for ever to get my bread to rise. When momma wants bread, I want bread NOW!
Once second rise is complete, place in pre-heated 350 oven for 30 mins. Enjoy all the happy thoughts while you smell your bread cooking.
I hope you enjoy the couple of cheats/tricks to get your bread made when you just don't have time to "make" bread!

I used to have a bread machine but when I got my kitchenaid, I gave it to a friend, still haven't made bread yet & I actually really miss it. We'll see maybe I'll end up getting another bread machine, if I don't like how kitchenaid works I love it, I've made lots of bread now, got a pulman pan wow what a difference that made. Game changer.

Try adding walnuts, cinnamon and brown sugar to bottom of a baking dish. Then add small rolls of dough(for tearing apart) then add instant butterscotch pudding mix with candied cherries and about 1/4 cup of melted butter to the top. Bake at 350° for the same time as the strawberry cheese buns. Makes for an excellent sticky bun!

Yum! These looked really good. I wanted to take a bite of that strawberry bread, so fluffy! I’m wondering about the bread maker mixing up that much dough. Is it supposed to use 6 cups of flour to make bread in it? If not, it might burn out the motor faster struggling to mix that much dough. I’m looking for a better recipe for my cinnamon rolls, one that stays moist longer. I’ve tried a few I’ve seen on KZread. I’ll have to try this one next. Thanks!
