Love the cooking videos The salmon looked delicious. I have also been eating healthier and on a weight loss journey. I have lost 65 lbs In about a year and a half. Not the quickest but steadily. It took me 10 years to put the weight on so it won't come off overnight. It's healthier and more sustainable to do it slowly that way you learn how to eat. What works and what doesn't for you. I eat what I want I just watch my portions. I don't starve myself. Don't get discouraged and remember it's what's inside that counts most. I just wanted to feel better and I do. Praying for your continued success in all ways.

This was a fun video. Reminded me of your old ones cooking and canning in the kitchen. Didn't know it was that easy to make that sauce. I have all the ingredients. Nice to see you smiling and laughing.

Happy to see a video- we miss you

We lived on an island in Alaska for 5 full years before moving to E TN. I stopped eating any canned fish (salmon, tuna) after catching and eating our first fresh salmon. Now, I order from Tanners or Wild Alaskan Company or Wild Alaska Salmon and Seafood. The best salmon you'll ever eat is a fresh caught winter king. The locals eat king and prefer Coho also know as Silver. They also prefer Dungeness crab. We'd drop the shrimp and crab pots on the way out to fish for salmon and halibut then, pick them up throw back the illegal to keep crabs and bring them in. Yummy! The online options are good. The problem is the cost of shipping, especially now...Still totally worth the health benefits. And deliciousness!!!

Right now this week I am trying a carnivore diet with low carb. Limit the sugar. It is hard for me because I love to cook and love just about any kind of sweets.

Tadziki sauce is so refreshing. Great with chicken too. Three years ago I lost 38 lbs. Really focused on eating foods with nutrition and eliminating foods that don't provide nutrition. I have gradually gained back 15, so I need to refocus.

Got my shipment of tinctures ,turmeric and hibiscus,how do I store them ….kinda nasty taste ..lol can I take at same time

You can have fresh Alaskan salmon shipped to you..they pack it in dry ice and ship it!! Always worth the cost to me😊

When your cucumbers are coming fast & furious in you garden….freeze dry them so you can have tzatziki sauce any time of the year! Your recipes look so yummy….great summer time meals
