When I get home, I’m on holiday in Norfolk at the moment, I am going to replace my supermarket shopping for a week with a local very good butchers, and farm/village shops to see exactly what the price difference is. I don’t believe that supermarket food is entirely bad and they are selling us poison but I do believe at the moment they are trying to squeeze every penny they can get away with out of us. I want to see if buying less meat but better quality is really much more expensive, same with veg and cheese etc.

Be ready for a taste explosion! Quality food tastes so much better than mass produced, and the meat is not artificially pumped up with water!

I drove past this 'delicious" place today. Didn't visit but often do. I also have a great local source of organic tomatoes ( only tasted similar in Italy), courgettes, peppers, aubergines, garlic, and figs to die for etc Italian family owned . Ferring. Some strange editing of your journey but maybe only me who realised! 😂

It seems I'm not the only one who missed the both of you. I don't very much like negativity so I'm avoiding those channels. I think it's a very good idea to include Julia's children on your rambles. After all they are a very big part of her life and if you, Richard, really love her you would be willing to include the kids. I'm sorry if you feel I've over stepped the bounds but I just had to speak up. 😘

Bless all your food and drink by “giving thanks” (gratitude) blessing or thanking, *Transmutes* the energies from negative to positive so the vibration of food & drink changes to the good stuff. Transmutation is a spiritual tool, i was given this knowledge in a download (however, tons of Light-workers use it too) but didn’t do it properly because i didn’t think it could work, i felt a little bit foolish tbh but that was my early days of awakening! but it really does work ⭐️ > example - (say in your mind or out-loud) “I bless/give thanks for this food” - with the intention of transmuting all negative energies to positive (Intention is key) so that this food will be healthy & nutritious for my body. Thank you ⭐️. > If you state your intention, just once, it will apply every time you do it and you don’t have to address it to anything at all (as consciousness is all around us) but if you want to you can thank God/Universe etc. Gratitude is an excellent practise in general but with Intention for meals & drink it is powerful ❤

Actually this vid was quite interesting to me. Your banter is sweet and entertaining (LOVE 💕you guys a lot!), but I especially like the facts you throw out and the serious commentary even more. I enjoy being dragged along on daily outings in the UK as I live in California. It's interesting to see how others do food shopping and food prep in other countries, and I quite like being reminded to utilize our farmer's markets when we can get to them. If you can throw in some food prices and gas prices once in a while, that would also be interesting. 💕Thank you so much for sharing your lives with us!

Hi Julia and Richard, I'm with you on the supermarket's! I've managed to stay out of one for 4 weeks now. It was the self service check out's that were the final straw. Not Only are you Camered as you scan your stuff but now you have to scan your receipt at the security gates to get out Of the self-service area. Sainsbury Rugby Grrrrr ! Keep up the good work. 😉

Having watched all of your videos on your other channel, this was a welcome morsel of sublimity with absolutely no fear-causing content whatsoever. Avoiding supermarkets whenever possible is so important for our collective health and to send them a well deserved message that we don't want any more of their crappy poisonous food. I'm living in Thailand at present (although I desperately want to return home to the UK) and always try to buy my food at the local fruit and veg markets and try to buy organic whenever I can. After enjoying this video so much, I am now going to watch lots of your content on this wonderful channel. Thank you for sharing your lives with us all.

It seems a long way to drive to pick up groceries. You need to get somewhere to grow your own or live nearer a supply of organics. Not surprising though, as I'm finding the range of organic products and produce in local supermarkets pitiful and even reduced recently. Can only think that they really don't want people choosing them over the main range.

Nice to catch up with you both, I’ve been mildly amused by Richard standing on the front garden to earth himself (Naked Englishman podcast) when all he has to do is touch a copper pipe indoors which should be at the same potential as the earth outside as they are all bonded to earth, definitely more convenient in the winter lol!
