Hi both, Richard you have natural comedic timing the way you put your hats on I just burst out laughing...and also when you burst into song! I liked your, fairisle jumper thingy too! Julia I thought both your straw hat and purple ones were lovely! It doesn't matter what sort of hat I wear they don't suit me.!!😂 I agree with another comment it would be great to have live shows (I watched some of your older stuff!) and Christmas cooking or crafts would be great too!

Thanks for cheering me up! I needed cheering up -- a bit worn out after finishing the newest video for my channel. I have a Canon EOS 4000D, and it's a great camera -- bottom of the line, apparently, and doesn't have a very good mic. It also doesn't have a jack for an external mic, and so it's less than ideal. Fortunately, all my vocalizations are done offline and not live.

One of my pet peeves is that people have forgotten or never been taught about hat etiquette. Men should always take their hat off in someone's home whereas women are allowed to keep theirs on until dinner. Men can wear theirs in an establishment but you take if off when sitting unless there is a coat service and then you give it to the staff. I miss those days.

Couch is definitely an American derivative. Back in the 50’s the term sofa was more associated with Upper Middle Class and the term Settee was with the Lower Middle Class. I guess this goes to show what my gumph my head is filled with. Great to see you guys, virtually. Keep well and hopefully we can find time before the end of the year to catch up.

jULIA Julia looks very fetching in her purple hat, when tilted to the left side, it suits her personality. Richard, I liked the black hat a a lot.. As for men wearing hats indoors, I remove mine when going into the opticians and pubs. It's very important to me, that I remove my hat before entering someone's house. I'm afraid that good manners seem to be all but forgotten, which is a great shame.

No problem on the road you are forgetting the 20mph limit you would be fine 😂

WONDERFUL AGAIN. I have just been watching 2 You tubers Geoff Buys Cars and The Mac Master battle it out from John O Grote's to Lands End. Yes you would win over the Electric Tincan at £120,000. Geoff who you both know got a last minute car for £2,650 and was 4 1/2 hours early at the finish. You now have a challenge.

Where I live there was a gentleman where he came towards you he tilted his hat to say good morning what a gentleman . Also I think it's very attractive for a man wearing a hat and it all depends on the hat.🎩.
