Freeing our feet while escaping the street

Richard and I went for a lovely walk near Cissbury Ring and decided to kick off our boots and continue the woodland meander barefooted to do some grounding. 'Grounding' is when you neutralise your body's positive charge by getting into a natural environment, particularly when touching the ground, which allows the ions to neutralise by dissipating into the earth.
We WILL get around to doing a couple of indoor videos, soon!

Hi Richard. Love your show as we live in NZ now and although beautiful here in its own way its hard to compete with the English countryside on a summers day so we get all nostalgic. Let us know if you ever plan a trip here and we ll look after you. Paul and family

Thank you both for a really entertaining and interesting video! Richard you are on form today your humour had me laughing so much! 😂 Looked such a lovely walk! Near us we have blackberries (which I've been enjoying!) and elderberries growing! I've noticed lots of Hedge Sparrows this year which is lovely to see and hear too! Looking forward to your next video! 🙂

Love the walk thru the woods barefoot. It also lets your foot muscles strengthen. I started wearing " barefoot" shoes at work, and worried that it may worsen my back pain, but just the opposite as my feet and legs strengthen, my back feels better. Barefoot is how we were intended to be as modern conditions allow.

Negative ions are essential to good health. Barefoot grounding is one source. Others are walking in thick forests, spending time close to a fliwing water source, and visiting sacred sites where it has been proven that higher levels of negative ions exist. Enjoyed the vlog, keep on doing what you do.

I really hope so, can’t wait till you buy a property and become self sufficient, I’m sure my sentiments are shared with your many early followers ie Audrey Fforbes-Hamilton and turbo stream et al, we had a great online community during the dark lonely days of lockdown and it was very much appreciated.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! Walking about in broad daylight; and not a chaperone in sight! I suppose it's all very modern, but t hardly proper. Clearly, you have been influenced by all these barbaric continental habits one hears about. Well, sir; this is England, not some foreign land or, heaven forfend; France. An enjoyable magic lantern episode however, I managed to enjoy it.
