Perhaps some 80 years in the future your daughter will be spending another Christmas in the cabin, regaling her great grandchildren with tales of her childhood, when she and her wonderful father decorated the cabin for the first Christmas. This is truly magical! Everything about it is magical, aurally, visually. I can almost see Senior Outsider seated on a log by the fire, watching your daughter slide off that snowed rock and into his arms. He'd have been content, knowing the cabin he helped you build is now a home, every nook and crack inhabited by your family's love for each other, alive by the laughter of your daughter. My hometown in Finland is Rovaniemi, right on Arctic Circle, and, believe or not, Santa comes from my hometown, really !!! We have SantaPark there, you can meet Santa there every day, of the year, even Summer! Real Santa comes from Finland, please take your daughter there one day, she will love it!
