So frustrating haha. For those that see this comment, it was revealed that Alacrity has been bugged and not actually providing any stats. Getting fixed in next update.

The funniest part of your item is the possibility that you would give a "wrong" answer on stream. Just imagine the game telling you that the answer you gave is not in fact the answer you would have given.

tyler not reading that his robe was unattuned after asking its question was so tyler.

One cool trick I found recently is that if there is a black market underneath a Tavern, then staying the night in the tavern will actually re-roll most of the black market vendors (including the illegal weapon vendor, but not, for some reason, the rat vendor)

@@OlexaYT in the most recent update they changed it to where they lock the door to the black market when you re-roll (You can unlock it again but it takes a key). It didn't used to do that, just a heads up. (Oh, and now the Rat can refresh)

Your item can lead to absurd runs. I do not know what happened when I got it but it has given me absurdly high rolls or something, like once I got something that gave me just stupid amounts of items. Twice it gave me several food, and once it gave me 3 gold dice. IDK if it is a glitch but it was super OP.

Seems like the Olexa item model ended up getting hidden by the Thief Hood (which ironically is also a blue hood). They should make it where the Tyler Hood overrides your current helmet slot so we can actually see Tyler without needing to unequip the helmet

Do remember that returning weapons (chakrams, boomerangs, saws…) deal double or more damage in most cases, and lingering weapons (saws, Molotovs…) do as well, so the base numbers may not be what they actually do

Olenkis, if I may recommend you a different upgrade in your skill tree: Change the dice one and make it so that you get more ethereal dice instead of red dies at dice rewards, sometimes is better to have a choice to reroll your traits than to be stuck with 4-2 ones you don't really see much potential about. At the end, this the way of the Roguelike: Luck🍀

Yeah, I swear by these dice! Also always bombing the arcade after about ten rolls to get the dice before it breaks and making sure I get dice in every tavern--most important thing to spend gold on imo!

Set items are more valuable than rare, and, generally, a set item is slightly weaker than an epic on its own, but with any other item of the set becomes stronger than epic, with more set items making it even stronger. Legendary items are stronger than 2 set items usually, but can sometimes be above or below 3 of a kind

You need to grab the mastery that gives you all choices of the rarity listed or higher. Also, the superhero goes hard. Ascending the Hero on the celestial throne isn’t that bad.

lol i had a superhero run with the already broken soul scarf & i got the trait for infinite money , which in turn meant infinite soul hearts with the nurse in the tavern lmfaooo

Another great run and video! I got the game because of you and always hop on to play a few runs after watching you play. I’m not really that good and have only beaten death a few times, but I still have a great time!

Some advice for good. The druid that gives the stamina plant gives good and so does buying the purging stone from the cleric. Both of them are in the tavern, makes reaching celestial throne a bit easier

When pawning items its often just best to sell your secondary weapon unless you are using it for a build

fish can drown, at least by some definitions of drowning. some describe a fish being out of water drowning in air.

My soul started crying when he left the shotgun. It had perfect enchant and everything ;-;

​@OlexaYT I think you would have been surprised by it, and the firework launcher is borderline unusable on more difficult floors because of all the visual effects. Still a fun option to pick you and you played a great game!

Tyler misunderstanding the hood is such a Tyler mood

There are hits from certain enemies that actually apply curse to you, like the weird chicken thing and the alternate pyramid boss

Once you get lockpicking never buy or pick keys again. They are 100% useless after that point

Although curse does not do dark samage by default there are a lot of ways to make it do it

You know when you learn in school that when youre speaking to a crowd that silence is better than saying UMMM 10 billion times? I dont think Tyler got that memo.

44:26 potion effects definitely don't stack - alcohol does, but not once you get the permanent alcohol buff.

45:29 always use whetstones even if your main weapons are upgraded because your spare weapons will sell for more then

For future reminder (didn’t apply to this run): curse and luck are opposite stats. If you want to build lucky hit you should either avoid curse whenever possible or keep an eye out for purging stones

Specifically, the campfire attunes all items that DON'T have an on-attune effect. Tyler's Robes have an on-attune effect.

Im confused as to why tyler never attunes his stuff at the campfire anymore

@@OlexaYT from what i have seen based on other people playing the game a lightning weapon is a weapon that does lightning damage. similar thing for a fire weapon is one that does fire damage. i havnt played tiny rogues my self though so maybe experiment. Also from watching another person play tiny rogues and he did experiment, it doesnt look like potions stack. like 2 rage potions dont make a bigger buff. drinking a second copy of the same potion just seems to renew the timer. but with mage blood perminant buffs coppies of potions are useless.

@@OlexaYT oddly, the hero sword upgrades don't count as weapons of that type - so the Legendary fire hero sword isn't increased by fire item charms

​@virtualmartini the legendary fire hero sword doesn't actually do fire damage though, weirdly--it just summons meteors that do fire damage.

It's ironic that Tyler's item requires him to read every 10 floors, but he never reads the last option on the campfire of every first floor, that offers a FREE and immediate attunement of all his items? (Correct me if I'm wrong about that, but wouldn't using the camp fire allow him to immediately trigger the cape question?) edit: and of course, the moment I type this out, he finally attempts it on floor 11-9 😜

certain gear has 'on attune' effects such as the Tyler's Robe and the Rubix Cube accessory - these don't attune at fires.
