The "Oh fuck the Flash" into "At Normal Human speeds?" is probably the greatest one-two punchline on MBMBAM ever. Justin gives Travis all the time he needs for his bit, and then just fucking nails it.

i think about this but literally all the time because i listen to this show almost exclusively at the gym. and this bit came on when i was on the treadmill and i laughed out loud on it and felt so ashamed that i had proved griffin wrong immediately

I love how their recording spaces really capture their personalities. Travis is crowded, aesthetic and attention grabbing, Justin's is all business, just a wall with soundproofing panels, and Griffin's is open but has all his interests hidden in plain sight.

BATMAN ISN'T KNOWN FOR RUNNING

A lot about this is solid Travis being angry with himself and off camera yelling being the star of the show, but my absolute favorite "niche bit" is when the brother's don't miss a single beat with yes, and-ing each other. Justin's hot take about not wanting Batman in his neighborhood and Trav and Griffin immediately coming to that same agreement is peak humor to me. My favorite intro is The One In Which Justin Kills Sonic. Justin suddenly slips into a Sonic the Hedgehog impression and his brothers, bless them, go "Hey S-dawg", "hey what's up Sonic" WITHOUT MISSING A BEAT. I love it so much.

I have a core memory of stopping at the corner holding my side laughing during a 6am run because Griffin had just told the Three Deep in the Window story

I know they're not going to do full episodes like this i KNOW IT but truly i adore being able to see their hand motions and facial expressions during these bits its GOLD

I actually wept I was laughing so hard when I first heard this on the podcast. I just shed a couple tears again getting to watch it, thank you

I love how you can tell that, while Travis is obviously playing it up for the bit, he is also genuinely mad at himself for using the wrong example 😂

I will say, the immediate followup to the Flash tirade really sells it. First of all, it's so important that Travis was in character when he came back in frame. If he'd been smiling, it would have kind of undercut the joke, but he looked dead serious and that sold it perfectly. And then Justin's observation of how worried you should be if you saw The Flash running at normal speed was the icing on top.

I love how both Grif and Justin cracked at EXACTLY the same moment in completely different ways

Travis' dedication to a bit is just fantastic.

Travis' background is like my own personal paradise, I'm always pausing to zoom in on his little fish when I get a chance haha

Question for the boys: Has the transition to recording on-camera changed how much effort is being put into the lewks? Are there pre-recording grooming routines now? Frantic office tidying?

Love watching Griffin go from a little annoyed his bit's being squashed to acknowledging Travis' bit is very funny and enjoying it 😂
