how can it be that my eyes can see. the poor recognition you must receive. it must be hard to consider the amount of suffering you have removed from earth by simply sharing your art. the level of healing you have ushered only the universe can fathom. there is no sum you can ever imagine is worth more than the love you have allowed to blossom in mans fragile heart. You ever think why music is not itself a form of religion? I mean think of it.. if you were a alien being who doesnt understand music; and you observe humans making and dancing to music.. what would you think music is? In a dream once I witnessed music as beams of colors that strikes the hearts and souls of every human being within sight. and in that dream I cared. you cared. there was no fear because fear serves us... wait i remember now.. it wasnt a dream.. that moment is now.

Fun fact: the distance from the Earth to the moon is around 238,900 miles. If you maintain a speed of 70 mph driving to the moon nonstop, then it will take you around 142 days to reach it. That's plenty of time to engage in some Nostalgia Drive.

i actually had a Dream about a world you would end up in when you die, you wake up along a dirty road, with your past lives favorite vehicle standing next to you, and you get in it to drive somewhere, but you dont know where. as you drive you meet a filty old guy on a bicycle, and he helps you. so you offer him a ride in return, wich he accepts. the two of you then travel trough the wastelands as the roads change from small sideroads into bigger highways and multilane roads. as you get closer to what you believe is the end of the roads and where you are supposed to go you see roaming gangs of others trying to find the goal , i dont have a ending other than that the old guy you hepled out , the guy on the bike, turns out to be a monitor of the angels, and it was all just a test of your character.

Let's assume, the distance between each lantern is around 50 meters and between every street sign we have 14 lanterns. From one sign to another you need around 12.87 seconds. That means we are traveling at the speed of 54.39 m/s which is around 195.8 km/h. The moon has an average distance of 380.000km from earth. At this speed we need at least 1940.76 hours or 80.86 days to reach our destination on the moon. Or we could simply replay this awesome mix 2223 times to pass the time =) PS: I'm sorry for some random information, I often do pointless things to keep myself from learning for tests :D

This reminds me of that visualizer on the Sega Saturn. You'd pop in a music CD, and while the tunes flowed, you could pilot this spaceship, though it only ever went forward, occasionally passed by other ships. A saturn-esque planet lay in the distance. I kept hoping you could reach it, but you never did. Still, it was relaxing, if nothing else. I guess they were trying to say "it's about the journey, not the destination", in their own way. Kinda like this visual.

Amazing, love it. I am fortunate to have spent my teen years in the 80's and I see comments about, "a simpler time", or "the good old days", when really, it was being young enough to not know the adult world that awaited me. It was the privilege of having parents who loved and shielded me as best they could. My life was simpler because of their love and sacrifice but as I got older, I learned that this era I have nostalgia for, was my youth and their adulthood and thus, not a "simpler time" or "the good old days" for them. For them, they remarked on the years of their youth. That's just the way it is and with that said, I think I"ll rewatch that 80's episode of Black Mirror, "San Junipero".

This brings back such great, peaceful, vivid memories of stretching out lazily on the backseat of my parents' minivan in the mid 90s as we road-tripped it to our vacation cabin on the moon, right on the shore of the Mare Crisium. Always felt like going to another world, and we almost always had the Mare to ourselves since it was a secret hidden gem well-away from the better-known but very touristy Mares. Good times, great memories, thanks mom and dad. 😎🥰

better days indeed. I once knew a fella in HS, we called him Ghandi. the resident diplomat/peacekeeper of our year. he saved my life one day, of that I have no doubt. I was offered some crystalline drug, don't remember what, and I was in a bad spot at the time it was offered me. Ghandi found me right then, and helped me fix my shit. I believe I would be dead today, had I not met Ghandi when I did. he saved my life, and taught me much. now our HS was where the district sent the "problem kids". the gangbangers, kids who'd been convicted of GTA or fighting or normal theft, and so everyone had a record of some sort. One day, it was announced that Ghandi was leaving us, he'd finished the required processes and classes to leave. I was in the back of the school at the time, and barely heard the announcement. I got to the front of the school just in time to see ghandi walking to the doors, highlighted by the sun. he walked out with a smile, a small wave, and I never saw him again. But to this day, I thank god for being able to call him a friend.

Lets do some math. The driver appears to be driving about 200kmph and passes a lamppost every second. The average distance to the moon is 384,400km which is our destination. It would take 6,919,194 seconds to arrive at this speed assuming they started at that speed and maintained it. There are 4 lamps being passed every second, the most common type of lamppost in the world is the high pressure sodium lamp that has a power draw up to 1000 Watts. There are 27,676,776 lamps along this highway drawing 27,676,776,000 Watts or 27.68 Gigawatts of power. This highway would require around 28 nuclear power plants to power the lamps continuously.
