Such a beautiful and emotional video featuring amazing acting and vocals that makes the experience so personal. I really do hope that Tae & IU do other projects together both film and music as they have great chemistry and when he was on her show their voices also blended so well. So powerful how both tried to protect the other and both clung to each other until the very end. It was a potent touch to have their clothes land together on the pile. This last point yet again showing that while they physically lost to the cube, it couldn't destroy their love for each other. They stayed together in life and death, so indeed their love did win. I can't get enough of this MV, the acting is Oscar level and combined with the award worthy vocals and lyrics it's both heartbreaking but also heartwarming that at least they went together.

Excellent Reaction! You were all spot on. I love IU's MV and IU and TaeTae's acting was excellent. TaeTae was blind in one eye and IU was deaf/mute, but they saw the beauty of each other. They looked normal to each other when they looked at each other through the camera. The evil cube sees them as inferior or imperfect and wants to destroy them. At the end you could see smoke rising so yes I believe the evil cube was burning them because you could see their ashes in camera view while their clothes were being lifted on the pile of clothes. Our handsome and multi-talented TaeTae definitely needs to do another K-drama. If you haven't seen K-drama Hwarang you definitely need to see it. It stars TaeTae, Park Hyung-sik and Park Seo-Joon. You watch it because TaeTae is in it, but end up falling for the whole cast. IU's voice is so angelic and she looked so beautiful in the wedding gown. TaeTae and IU need to do a K-drama together if possible when TaeTae is done with military duty. Be Blessed!

If u see taehyung shed a tears but it's only from his healthy eye, while his blind eye didnt shed any tears even just a teary, but completely dry coz his right eye is not functioning. It's a medical science for a common case for blind eyes that caused by traumatic injury (there is a scar at V's blind eye, so his blindness caused by traumatic injury) can damage the tear duct. That why when he is crying, the tears only fell from his healthy eye that IU covering. But his blind eye didnt shed any tears coz his tear duct is get damage.

The art to which you refer actually refers to the holocaust. Where piles of clothes, shoes and jewelry were collected outside the gas chambers. This image is a direct reference to extermination of humanity. Where as the pile of clothes in Spring Day is a reference to people lost in an accident. Both of which are sad, but totally and completely different in message and scope. The reference to BTS's video is also coincidental. As IU had already developed the concept well before V was cast in the role. It is a little scary that so many younger people failed to connect this image with the holocaust, which is the original source for these images. There is a saying that those who forget history are bound to repeat it. And it seems as if this part of history is already being forgotten. When people like Taylor Swift help raise money for a group of people who have swore themselves to the destruction of the entire Jewish population, her ignorance is mind blowing, but apparently not uncommon. Sad and scary.
