Easy milk cupcake recipe without oven!
These Fluffy and Moist Milk Cupcakes are perfect for a winter snack
➤ Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1g salt
- 3g vanilla extract (optional)
- 60g sugar
- 110g cake flour(soft flour)
- 4g baking powder
- 85g milk
- 10g unsalted butter
➤ Tips
- Melt unsalted butter before use
- Vanilla extract can be omitted, but I highly recommend adding it
- Don't forget to put it on the steamer when the water boils

Yes regular vanilla cake are brownish from base.

* 1 egg * 1g salt * 3g vanilla extract * 6g sugar (Mix it until it turns bright yellow) like this 0:56 * 110g cake flour (soft flour) * 4g baking powder * add half of milk (Mix it until no flour is visible) use hand mixer *add half of milk (yes, again) *10g unsalted melt butter (Mix well to avoid lumps) 1:52 And transfer your mixture to a cupcake paper. 2:02 Dont forget to put it on the steamer when the water boils Cover the top with a cotton cloth or kitchen towel 2:49 Steam it for 20 minutes 2:52

I did it. it tasted amazing very easy and simple way to make cupcakes i really recommend this for people who dosent know how to use ovens very nice way of doing it thank you for posting this it really helped me alot for saving time it wasent hard or having stress just very simple!!

The way the muffins look kinda reminded me of a Filipino dessert called Puto! I used to eat it all when I was young. The only difference is that Puto is made with Rice flour typically, but these are similar.

I have no oven so I'm very happy there's a no oven cupcake recipe. I'll try this. Can you do more no oven recipes?
I recommend adding lemon juice and lemon zest to the dough of the steamed cake. It's going great. (Buharda pişirilen kekin hamuruna limon suyu ve limon kabuğu rendesi koymanızı tavsiye ederim, harika oluyor. )

@@dianagasanova5499 Так называют муку для тортов, в ней меньше клейковины. Где-то видела, что можно сделать такую муку лишь заменив часть муки на кукурузный крахмал

Используйте специальную муку манитоба, с нашей обычной не получится она очень тяжёлая.
