This cake is sooo delicious !! Trust me, it’s worth the long wait during the oven baking and I reccomend eating it cold (it sort of tastes like a light and healthier version of a cheescake).

@@rcheng4575 I lined it at the bottom. Cut along the side before unmoldung then it shouldnt break. I flipped it with plates to be sure.

안녕하세요 :) 1. 팬에 물 붓고 반죽틀 +더큰 원형틀 이중으로 담아두셨는데 그냥 반죽틀 물부은팬 이렇게만해서 구워도 되나요? 2. 바닥 분리되는 원형틀이 아니라그런데 오븐에서 나오자마자 뒤집어서 빼서 식혀야하나요 틀에서 충분히 식힌다음 빼야할까요? 3. 그리고 원형틀사이즈 15*15*7인가요?^^

반가워요, 😃 1. 반죽팬 밑이 뚫여 있어서 그렇게 했어요, 2. 분리팬이 좋지만 없다면 바로 뒤집고 해도 되는데 모양이 흩으러 질 수 있어요, 조금 식히고 하는게 나을 것 같아요, 3. 네, 맞습니다. 맛있게 만들어 드시면 좋겠습니다, 감사합니다. 👍

다 구워진 후에는 오븐이나 상온에 얼마나 두고 먹는게 좋을까요?? 굽자마자 상온에서 식혀야하나요? 아님 오븐에 최대한 오래 둔 후에 상온에서 식히고, 이후에 랩으로 감싸 냉장해야하나요ㅠㅠ
