@lordz apache. Baking powder can leave a bitter aftertaste, though I did not have this issue with this cupcake recipe (I use an aluminum-free baking powder). You can add a little bit of lemon juice and lemon zest if you like lemony flavor. Hope this helps. Thank You.

How long can it last or stay one week two weeks

I made this today for my daughter who has dairy and egg allergy. It was SO delicious. Even better than “normal”cupcake recipe. Thank you so much. I’m jumping for joy knowing I can make her this for her birthday!! Thank you for sharing your recipe. I will be trying your other recipes. 😊

I just tried this recipe last night when I wanted a quick and easy muffin recipe. (One that my husband can also enjoy as he is lactose intolerant.) And OMG......it was MOIST, DELICIOUS and the perfect SWEETNESS! My husband and I enjoyed it so much. This is definitely going into my recipe book. Thank you so much. Who thought vegan can taste so good. Lol. Tip: I didn't have a muffin tray so I used a loaf pan and it turned out great. Just adjust the cooking time. Mine took about 30 minutes to cook @ 175"C.

I tried this recipe I am 15 it came out great but I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil it tasted brilliant my parents loved it my first time baking vanilla cupcakes thank you so much your a life saver.

That's great but my advise to you is not to use olive oil instead of other oils for all dessert recipes bc it could turn out tasing a bit weird

Not if use Regular Olive 🫒 Oil. I use it Many Times🙂. ~Not Extra Virgin, bc that does altar the taste.

I made this today and it was fantastic! 🥳🤩I was craving some vanilla cake. I needed something without milk and microwaves, and this was perfect! 😍😍 Plus, I’m only a ten year old, and this was quick, easy, delicious, and milk - free! ( I just didn’t have a microwave or milk today! )

turns out so good i added coloring, georgues love it, worth the tie.
