Great video. This service is extremely important. Because within 20 years, millions or Western men will become passport bros. We are either leaving these narcissistic Western women to themselves. Or we are avoiding them altogether. All countries should offer this service. Including dating for marriage. Since Western women are strong and independent. And they all think that men are nothing but trash. Oh ya..., it is great that women from other countries do want to marry.

  • @rednab2001

Completely agree! It would be great for the economy of the Philippines to get behind and support legal immigration of men wanting to marry and stay in the Philippines. Most of the men considering this either have money or are digital nomads and can work from anywhere. Almost any girl who gets the opportunity to marry a foreigner sees an immediate increase in not only her lifestyle, but her families as well. It is a win-win situation for everyone. As long as the Philippines does not go down the feminist road and institute "No Fault" divorce and create a system hostile to men, it will be great for everyone.

It is still daunting filing for annulment in the Phil. I have a friend who married her german bf in the Philippines and married again in Germany and moved here (Germany) but got divorce after 2 yrs being together here. She needed to divorce her husband here first and filed an annulment in the Philippines by submitting their divorce paper from here. It took about 3 yrs for her to annul her marriage in the Philippines and cost her more than 2 millions pesos in total paying for the lawyers and papers. But finally she made it but it was a looonnggg process. But the happy end is she is now married again and has a beautiful daughter.

Old Dog Paul did a video a few years back interviewing a guy named John that mentioned getting divorced from his wife (they were married in the Philippines) when he went back to America. When he came back to the Philippines, he had his divorce papers to clear him of his marriage. He probably gave a copy to his ex-wife but back at that time, there were no laws or court orders that would work to make the divorce valid for his ex-wife. It's good to hear that something now can be referenced so the ex-wife can also be cleared of being married if her foreign ex-husband divorces her in his home country.

@@-whackd An SRRV visa is easy to obtain. Divorce is coming soon to the Philippines. An expat is a fool to marry legally there. It is far better to get a Domestic Partnership Agreement negotiated between your lawyer and hers. Its basically a marriage but with predetermined outcomes upon dissolution. They didn't cover if a foreigner wants to marry a Filipina that is still legally married to a Philippine. I talked to a Filipina that came to America about 10 years ago and married an American and she said that the only way a Filipina can get divorced from her Philippine husband is if she filed for divorce in America. I want to know if it is true that she will need to come to America and file for divorce before she is available to get married to an American. It seems like an epidemic that many guys from the Philippines cheat and go from woman to woman having babies with different women and they don't pay child support and the women don't pursue filing for child support.

Please remember if you divorce your Filipina in the US, she has full access to the US legal system. That's great for her, bad for you.

Nope. A Filipina married to a US citizen does not give her citizenship in the US, so she will not have full access to the US legal system. She can't even travel to the US without a spousal visa, which must be initiated by her husband, and she isn't likely to get a visitor's visa either if she hasn't been to the US before.

What kind of idiot would believe your post? Taking someone to divorce court requires paying for a lawyer in the US and likely being in the US. You need visas and money for that. But don't get married in the US if that's what you're thinking. I hope everyone knows that.

A man cannot just show up in US court and say, "I want a divorce from my Filipina wife, who is not here." Do you think a US court would grant a man a divorce from a woman (of any nationality) who is not present without a lawyer there to advocate for her interests? Surely not. Plus, a US court would not know if there were children involved, and no court would allow a divorce without the children (if any) being protected. If she abandoned him, he could try to get a divorce based on that, but it would take a long time and lots of hoops to jump through. @@napoleonmdusa8877

@@napoleonmdusa8877 One does not have to be a citizen of the USA to use the courts in the USA. And in most states, she does not have to present to file suit. A lawyer handles it all.

the people concerned about no divorce in the country is because they don't want to marry a filipina who is seperated....especially if she has kids because the husband and father still has rights.

I had given serious thought into moving to the Philippines until I found out that foreigners are always to blame for an accident, there are no property rights for foreigners , the government tends to be corrupt against the foreigner, there is no path to citizenship for foreigners, a citizen can criticise the government and a foreigner cannot. The foreigner will have Visa revoked and put on the next plane home and there is no morality taught to children which makes every foreigner a target for endless scams. I am sure glad I learned all this before I transferred my wealth there. I will instead consider Costa Rica or some other country in central or south America. Thank you anyways for all your videos.

I have a strange request. I met a Filipina online and she was working long hours and not healthy working for a bad man. I sent her money so she could travel to the province and be at the family house. I visited her a few times and moved the family to Manila. I rented an apartment in Sta Rosa then six months later I bought a nice two-story house. To make a long story short, I got married to her and moved her to the United States. Even though she broke immigration laws she wanted a divorce from me a few months after she arrived to the USA. My ex-wife's family let me know that my ex-wife had many affairs with different men, she went to my bank in Alabong and emptied my back account. My ex-wife broke laws in the Philippines by having multiple affairs and laws in the United States because the law states she needs to live with me for at least two years before she can want a divorce. I have lost over $200,000 USD and want my money back, can you provide help for me?

You will never see that money again. You are the one at fault. No man should ever give a woman access to that much money. And no expat should ever buy a house in the Philippines in his wife's name.
