No More Back pain with the Psoas muscle stretch

Many episodes of back pain are the result of a very tight psoas muscle. The Psoas Muscle Stretch helps to stretch the Psoas muscle, thereby reducing the back pain.
The Psoas muscle is attached to the lower back, thereby compressing the spine and causing pain in case of tightness.
In this video, I demonstrate the test showing you possible tightness in the psoas muscle and some easy but highly effective stretches for the psoas muscle.
Good luck!

Great way of diagnosing, I've always thought it was normal to not be able to have your back/core and your legs flat against the floor because the body was built that way 🤣.

Would you add some stretches that are not done on the knees? I liked the explanation of psoas originating pain but I had an arthroscopy/ meniscectomy/chondroplasty of left knee and it is painful to kneel. Thank you!

I love watching your videos. I was wondering I am 43 year old female that will be starting to go the gym and work out at home. I do have bad back and hips from a horseback riding accident. Is there anything that I need to do before I start any workouts ?
