Now thats how you do a corned beef. I mean, I smoke em on my channel because youtube tells me thats how i gotta do it, thanks youtube. That said. Behind closed doors, thats the way I do a corned beef!! Nice work. Hope your feeling better!

Just made this receipe and it is excellent. I used a 3# corned beef and it was tender and I was able to slice it perfectly after allowing it to rest for 10 minutes. Thank you for a great St. Paddy's Day Dinner.
