Nilasing na Hipon with Salted Egg Dip, SIMPOL!
Craving seafood? This shrimp recipe is crisp and delicious! Best paired with salted egg dip!
Serves 2 to 3.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1/2 kilogram shrimp
1/4 cut white rum or gin
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
Set B:
½ cup flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup cold water
Cooking Oil, for frying
Set C (Salted Egg Dipping Sauce):
2 pieces salted egg, mashed
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
Cracked black pepper, to taste
Chopped spring onions

Hello actually kakatry ko lang ng soju now lang, wala naman effect ng alcohol. Napansin ko lang mas malasa and nawala langsa niya. Hope it helps

Yung akin chef hindi naging ganyan kacoated. Mas maunti nga shrimp ko walang half kilo. Pero sinunod ko ang batter mixture. Pero wala hindi nacoat😔
